I bought a 1955 Daimler in the summer - an ex -weddding car in very good condition, apart from ancient crumbling cross-ply van tyres. The ride was uncomfortable, the car followed every lorry rut and it wandered down cambers.. Steering needed constant attention and hard work. I was advised strongly to fit radials asap. These Retro 001 tyres were branded as a replacement for my antique 6.70 x 15 cross-plies, so I bought 5. They arrived quickly, at the hour specified, and have absolutely tranformed the ride and the driving experience!

Ordered the all season tyres required for a competitive price. Paid via PayPal. They took approx 10 or so days to arrive from Germany (notwithstanding current issues nationally) albeit I understand they also deliver from UK stock if available. Delivery was helpfully advised in advance. All positive, no problems, would use again.

Good stock, easy and quick service to UK

I had trouble finding the right tyres, never used Tirendo before but the process was easy and the tyres arrived as promised. No problems at all. I had concerns there might have been import duties but there were none.
Good service, would definitely use next time.

Delivery takes ages. 3 days after purchase I received an email that delivery will probably be delayed by 3 days......OK. after another couple of days I received another email that tyres has been picked up on warehouse. That was already a week since order. Now I received another email that I will probably get my tyres in over a week which makes it 17 days since I placed my order. Its a bloody joke.

Absolutely First Class all round service provided by this excellent company. I needed a set of 4 tyres for my vehicle and found tirendo to be the absolute best buy on the internet, or anywhere else!

Very good service overall. The information from the carrier was vague and at times none existent. The goods arrived a day later than expected too.

Like all others THIS IS NOT A UK company. Ordered based on delivery of 5-7 working days (slow but good price). Received confirmation e-mail stating expected delivery which was 11 working days. Also stated that updates would be sent on progress. Contacted the UK contact e-mail and they blamed Brexit, OK this happened when so even if true I think they have had sufficient time to adjust and update website. They also stated delivery expected in 6-8 days, different again. I responded but still have no reply and the only update on delivery was from DPD 1 day before the tyre arrived.

Ordered tires 17 days ago from Tirendo believing they were UK based and expecting delivery in 2-3 days I revived an email a couple of days later stating they would be delivered 2 September. Tires did not arrive so I went through their site using the order number and found information stating that the tires had been despatched and then delivered on 25th August. Contacted company but only received automated responses. Today I had received email stating that the delivery was delayed. No indication of new delivery date.
I should have check on line reviews before parting with my money.
Update!
My tires did finally arrived it took about 3 weeks. They were exactly the ones I ordered and I saved £175.
The problem with the company appears to be their terribly communication and lack of honesty particularly with where they are based and deliveries.
Would I use the company again? Maybe! They are very cheap! Would I recommend them? NO.

Absolute rubbish. Paid for tyrestwo weeks ago to be delivered to UK and status shows delivered smowhere in Germany. Avoid. Day light thieves based in Germany, not UK company.

Ordered my motorbike tyre from the .co.uk company on the 9th. It arrived today, 12 days later. They hide the fact they're based in Germany, not the UK. I emailed them multiple times over the last few days and they haven't bothered replying once. There are genuine UK companies that deliver within 48hours for only a few quid more. They pretend to be in the UK but arent. I just checked with DPD and they didn't even give the tyre to the courier until two days ago. My fault for being tight I guess! Won't be using again.

They took the order gave delivery time 5 days after 10 days I sent a email to confirm estimated delivery no reply waited a further two days emailed no reply nothing all correspondence ignored Than a email stating please allow a further 10 days for delivery
Why take the order with no Stock in the first place .

Avoid, avoid, avoid. They wont provide the product they sell to you and then they will try as hard as they can to not refund you. Every time I complain they claim the refund has been processed but the money never appears. Utter thieves

ordered 2 tyres invoiced and shipped allegedly on the 15/06/21 dpd gemany says handled by customs on the 15th dam thats fast ,collected in germany and in england same day ,dpd england says still waiting for parcel its the 27/06/21 will not use this or any other delticom ag company again

I'm having same issue as "frustrated quidco user". Initially I was unable to pay with credit cards... Multiple (which work fine everywhere else) so ended up using debit card. I was reassured in doing this because I have been using mytyres for 10 years so was comfortable with it being a delticom company. Looks like this was a mistake. Website states 2 or 3 day delivery. Ordered on 6th June and get an email saying delivery would be 15th. I can cope with that. Only I kept checking and no delivery appeared. Apparently since 7th of June DPD Germany says they are in customs in Oldbury. DPD UK says they are still waiting to receive the parcel. I've now received an email from Tirendo telling me the delivery would be somewhat delayed (no date and no reason) I also messaged on live chat and they said there would be a 5 to 6 day delivery delay, citing customs. Well let's see if I can beat 26 days of the other reviewer. I hope not. Not impressed so far and have no idea of true delivery date. Surely this can't be down to Brexit? That was 6 months ago! Update 22/6/21 So tyres have been delivered today. I think Tirendo just need to be upfront about the 2 to 3 day delivery. Clearly now post brexit that's not realistic. If they would have said upfront it was 2 weeks plus, that would have been fine so I think this is what tirendo need to do... Just be upfront.

Very bad service. I was led to believe tyres were in stock when I ordered them. Then told there would be a 3 day delay. Next I received an email to tell me Tirendo had cancelled my order and I would receive a refund.
I had to go to Paypal to get a refund.

On it's website, it states the tyres will take roughly 3-5 business day to arrive. I put in my order on 17th May 2021 and the tyres arrived on 3rd June. I rang the customer service and they provided me with a 5% discount.

To make the situation worse, tyres arrived in two bundle, each bundle containing two tyres with good quality shrink wrap. However, each bundle contain a wrong tyre, so two of the tyres were the wrong model and the wrong size as well. Rang the customer service again, she was very professional in sorting out the return and delivery of the correct tyres. They refuse to provide me with further discount as compensation for the trouble they have caused.

In general, it is not a pleasant shopping experience even if they are the cheapest among all retailers.

WARNING, this company invites you to set up an order using a credit card (American Express). However, once your order has been established, they then come back saying that your payment was ‘NOT AUTHENTICATED’ and that a different method of payment was required!
Having examined the large proportion (27%) of negative reviews, it’s no surprise they’re hoping for payment up front, as then there’s no effective redress when they fail to meet their commitments. Seems like a thoroughly dishonest outfit!
