Rac are the biggest joke in the country
I rang in the breakdown at 0310 in the morning with a flat tyre on my motorbike
I’d just finished a 12 hour shift aswell
Do you no what time the recovery was on its way . 1045
7 hours I would have had to wait
7 hours, what a joke
I’m cancelling all policy’s with rac

Absolutely shocking the app is down and cannot get my pin
I was relying on this credit card this week due to waiting to start another job after ill health and it’s let me down at the most crucial point

We're really sorry to hear that you've had trouble with getting the PIN through the App. There has been some maintenance going on in the background throughout the day, which might have impacted the performance of the App, and we can only apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.
If you can give the team a call, they'll be able to assist in getting a copy of your PIN sent out in the post - this would be with you within 3 - 5 working days. You can call our Customer Services team on 0800 011 3210. They're available on Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm, and Sundays from 10am to 5pm.

I booked a 2 day hiab course with this company over a weekend, but due to a family emergency I could not go, the course cost £396. I emailed them explaining my circumstances, all they said is that I will have to rebook it again and pay half price for another course, absolute joke.
