On purchasing the Geotime, we had some issues which were swiftly resolved. Due to WIFI connections we experienced more issues and these were also swiftly and competantly resolved with the support team. Who also provided additional advice. I would definitely recommend additional support when purchasing a terminal.

Fake reviews will not help this company. They will tie you into long support contracts which cost around £600 per year and charge you extra for additional staff to be setup although the login machine can accept 200employees Time System limit this to 30. They want to charge you £Hundreds for every little aspect and will still not help you with your issues and then advise you need to pay for training. When you pay for training then they say you need to pay for additional support! Just a money grabbing company AVOID!!

He soon identified and fixed the problem. He took the time to explain the issue and the fix. The service given by the technician was prompt and professional.

Solid Little system.
Efficient and Reliable I recently had the pleasure of using Time Systems (UK) Ltd’s services, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. The system provided was not only solid and robust, but also user-friendly and efficient. It streamlined our time management processes, making them more effective and hassle-free. The experience I had on the date of 30/05/2024 was nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend Time Systems (UK) Ltd to anyone in need of a reliable time management solution. AVOID! As many others have seemed to have found out this company is awful, they will not help you after the free support ends unless you take out a Service Agreement which costs more than the machine. They state on the website:
Will this device continue to work if I don’t get support?
Yes. The software will carry on working.
However not long after the "free" support expires the Software does no longer work. When reporting this they want to charge me £299 +VAT to help. I have an independent I.T team that do not know what has happened to the Software, my computer has remained the same, I haven't even had an update. I cant prove the Software no longer works because I wont pay for the support service. Response - . We have no idea why your system is not working now and in order for our support team to trouble shoot the issue for you, a software support agreement will be required. They will no provide any help as a one off. AVOID DO NOT BUY.

A report that I wanted produced in numerical order was coming out 10-19 then 2, 20-29 then 3, 30-39 then 4 etc when it should be 2, 3, 4......10,11, 12 and so on. Not a huge issue but meant a lot of time wasting going backwards and forwards. I tried to remedy this by putting a zero in front of the single figures but the system wouldn't accept this so I had to report this to the technical support team, which I did 26.10.23. After 4 weeks I'd not heard anything back so I asked for an update and was told a senior technician was looking into it. When we returned to work after Christmas there was an invoice for the next 12 months technical support which we decided to put on hold until the reported issue had been resolved. Twelve weeks after reporting the fault we'd still heard nothing so informed Time Systems on 17.01.24 that we would not be paying the invoice until the issue was sorted and strangely enough just two days later technical support contacted me to say they had a fix ready to apply to my PC. However, although the fix worked it removed the global and absence calendars. I reported the fault 22.01.24 and after three days I was contacted again with another fix which did work this time. It took three months and the threat of non payment to get a seemingly simple problem fixed. I requested a credit for the three months that we didn't receive the technical support they had been paid for which I thought was fair but unsurprisingly after previous issues with these people the request was refused. They said all reported issues were assessed and dealt with in order of urgency and as my system was still usable my problem was a low priority. I completely understand that but do they seriously expect me to believe that they had a three month waiting list of errors? If that truly was the case then that just shows how shoddy this system and the company are. I said I didn't believe them and that it was obvious my reported fault had been forgotten/overlooked and the fact that as soon as they were told payment was being withheld they suddenly found a fix within two days backs that up. They argued that during those three months I still had access to the technical support team so couldn't have a credit, but what is the point of being able to report a fault if it is just going to be ignored? We didn't just pay for access to technical support, we paid for actual technical support and for three months didn't get any. When I pointed this out they just replied "see our response below.....we will be unable to offer any further communications regarding this matter" This is the second time they have done this, when they know that I am right they just refuse to respond. Absolutely despicable customer service, nothing but money grabbing bandits.
22.02.24: A month after posting this review, Time Systems finally responded and said that I had full access to the system at all times. At no point did I say I couldn't access the system - the system I was accessing wasn't working correctly and while I understand the issue I reported was low priority, 3 months to fix it is ridiculous. And it was only fixed once we had refused to pay the invoice for the next years technical support. Had we not withheld payment I firmly believe we would still be waiting for the issue to be fixed now. We paid to receive technical support, not for access to a system that wasn't functioning correctly, and for three months we didn't receive the requested technical support.

My problem (self inflicted) with the clocking terminal was rectified within the day. Frank was superb and with a phone call, the settings were changed and all worked perfectly.
