From start to finish Timberline was open, transparent and hosst about what they could do for me. Talking to Steve, Sam And Melissa gave me a sense that they really knew what they were doing and did not make any promises that they could not keep.

In my case, they determined that they could not help me as the penalties were less than the price they charged, so they refunded my paymnts immediately and also gave me good advice on how to deal with the IRS to clear up the bill.

They are efficient and can help you in ways you would not even imagine is possible. We went from another company at $5K a month to $349 a month paying the IRS. This journey has been approximately 2 years coming into fruition, but Carissa and her fine staff continued to challenge me to make sure that all documents that were required or submitted in a timely Manner to maximize their leverage in negotiating an offer and compromise for our organization.
