Adam Holleran and his team picked up my case after I had been trying to work with another local tax group in Eastern PA, who kept charging an extraordinary amount of money and not doing anything in return. Adam was able to accomplish what the other firm could not, minimize my personal exposure and get the IRS to accept our Company as Hardship Status. Thank you, Adam.

From start to finish Adam was open, transparent, and honest about what they could do for me. The communication was exceptional, any e-mails sent were responded to quickly with a follow up phone call to make sure I understood what was going on. Thank you just doesn't seem to be enough. Timberline Tax delivered just like they said they would! I am overjoyed and relieved. I didn't know what to do I hired another company before Timberline, and the other company did nothing. Actually they made my situation with the IRS worse. Timberline's staff is the greatest. I was stressed out and in tears, but Timberline came through. They jumped right on my case, answered any questions I had, responded to phone calls and emails quickly and got results in 3 weeks time! I've been dealing with Timberline Tax Group for about 2 years now. They picked up my case after I'd been trying to work with another tax group that seems to advertise on every radio show I listen to. In the middle of some rather difficult things going on, they left me hanging high and dry. Timberline picked things up and took care of me better than I would have thought possible. My situation was several years in the making and I had lost hope of ever getting things straightened out and being able to just live my life. While things are not completed yet, I do think that there's a possibility of finally getting to a conclusion. I don't think I'd have ever been able to have that feeling if Timberline hadn't helped me.

Timberline Tax and especially Galen was a tremendous help in my case. The IRS applied my payment to the wrong account and even though I showed them the canceled check with all the proper notes on it they wouldn't credit my account. Galen ultimately got ahold of the regional manager for my area and resolved the matter. I would recommend them to anyone who is dealing with the IRS. You really can't take on the IRS by yourself.

I missed a few years of filing my taxes, due to severe depression and anxiety. I don't remember how I heard about Timberline, but when I called, Sam reassured me that they had won cases like mine in the past. I had a lot of doubts but thought it was worth a shot. Melissa and Sam worked with me to get the documentation from my psychiatrist to send to the IRS, and then the waiting game began. It took a couple of years with the back-up at the IRS, but Melissa would call to reassure me that they were still looking after my case. I can't tell you how excited and relieved I was to get the check from the IRS which was in the tens of thousands of dollars. It still sort of astounds me that they got it done!

The Timberline team showed the highest level of professionalism in handling my tax case and provided a thorough overview of what they would do. They only spoke in real terms and did not promise anything they could not deliver. I appreciated that because my case was a complex one! I had been hiding in the sand for years without dealing with my tax bill. I had fielded calls from many other firms that professed to do what the Timberline Tax Group does, but the others sounded like used car salesmen and I just did not feel comfortable and could not get related to them. The others left me with little confidence that they would be able to negotiate a fair amount with the IRS, because of their "slick sounding" demeanor. But this was NOT the case with the Timberline team! They demonstrated their knowledge and experience in working with the IRS, and were proactive in sharing updates on where things were with respect to the IRS and this made me feel at ease. I appreciate their professional treatment and ways of being that are centered on respect and care for their clients. They are top drawer!
