This company is heaven sent. I had previously been working with a larger tax assistance company that lacked results, communication and extremely expensive for no results.
I was contacted by Jeff, we discussed options and how they would be able to assist me with debt. We set up payment arrangements he immediately sent my information to an consultant name Adam. Adam contacted me the next day. I provided him all the information to obtain the information he needed to get started on my case. I received an email from Jordan the next day. Within a day, I had payment arrangements set up with the IRS . Adam discussed future options to avoid any new IRS debt. This team is amazing!! I am so thankful I found this group or should I say they found me! They are very prompt and responsive. Any email or phone call was attended to and completed without delay.

I have been working with Timberline for the past several years. They help save me from the turmoil and the unknown of the IRS. When put in this situation, most of us don't have the basic knowledge on how to maneuver the IRS. It's important to get professionals that can help and who knows the ins and outs.

I had what for me was a large tax liability mess for failure to file tax returns. My focus at the time was on my partner and fighting cancer. I had written letters requesting abatement of penalties although they placed a lien on my business. Because that is public, I immediately received lots of calls from firms wanting to work with me and with most of those calls it left me feeling dismayed. If you are reading these reviews you know what I mean. I avoided dealing with this as long as I could and chose one that had positive reviews and a good BBB rating. In my initial call to Timberline Tax Group they walked me through a clear course to handle my situation and expressed their expectations of us and what we should expect of them. No other firm would explain to me what they could do without signing a contract first! The end of that phone call I knew they could and would work for us. I had people!

Can't say enough positive things about Timberline Tax group and Carisa Andrews. Carisa and her team at Timberline are professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. They have kept me informed with each and every step for the process, how it works and what the next step would be. “Timberline really stepped up in helping me address the issue of the IRS claiming I owed more money that I should. I provided documentation and proof of a corrupt and criminal CPA who was legally charged for falsifying tax returns, including mine. Even though the IRS pushed back, Sam, Jordan, and their team persisted and got my money returned via refund checks
