My first Tilly pig was a hit
I ordered my first Tilly Pig, the hundred acre wood, and was so thrilled with it I ordered another straightaway. The product is excellent the additional items
Like a guide to savings are well presented and thoughtful. The stopper will actually last unlike others I’ve used, and delivery was quick. Heartily recommended, a have another two picked out for Christmas gifts

Do not waste your time!
If you want a broken piggy bank. No response from the company on a replacement. This is the place to go. Shocking service. Will have no option but to do a chargeback.

Very poor quality, not worth the price
Found the product pretty poor quality considering the price. I bought 2 as gifts but ended up keeping them as I was too embarrassed to give them away as a gift. The glazing is imperfect on both and not smooth, the decorative decals look almost like stickers as if your child decorated it, the felt pieces on the feet were stuck on poorly so there was sticky residue present which turned dirty quickly and the rubber stopper at the bottom was discoloured. This is the type of item I would expect to pay $10 for at a knick knack shop, not $60! I can safely say that this is obviously their standard quality of work since the 2 I bought were completely different but had the same issues.
I also found them to be about a third of the size that I expected them to be, they are about the size of 2 tennis balls. This is my fault for not checking the measurements which they do have on their website, but it was just another thing I found disappointing about them.
I can say though that despite there being a lot of poor reviews about shipping, they shipped out very quickly. I received it in Australia, undamaged, in under 2 weeks which was acceptable.

Absolutely love Winnie the pooh hundred acres wood pig. Ordered on Tuesday and it arrived as promised on the Wednesday as I paid for next day delivery. Now I have my present ready for my first grandchild due anytime now.

Substandard product. Substandard customer service.
I received a substandard pig with faulty paintwork. I contacted Tilly Pig, Kat offered to send a replacement which I accepted. I have heard nothing more despite several emails requesting the offer be honoured. The pig is a gift and very disappointing to be giving something that looks like a 'second'. I wish I had not dealt with this company which has no interest in its customers.
Addition: Following Tiggy Pig's response I have written to remind them that after accepting the offer to send a replacement pig on 26 February I heard nothing more so followed up with emails on 1 and 6 March. It wasn't until 18 March that the replacement was sent. Hardly 5 business days as claimed.

I contacted the company's customer services 3 times and they never replied.
I am disappointed I believed that they had good customer service but I was wrong.
I will have to keep this damaged and wrong pig

We do not sell these in specific designs but instead send them in the theme that you have chosen, either boy, girl or neutral.
