I phoned customer services and spoke to Tracey about an order i was going to place. I recieved excellent customer service from Tracey, who was so helpful and generous.

The response time was outstanding, and Tracey solved my issue and came back to me with a couple of hours with clear communications on next steps.

I have brought off Tikamoon before and have returned to buy something else which I am very pleased about

Just received my furniture from tikamoon and it's stunning. Experienced a nightmare with parcelforce but Tracey from Tikamoon's customer service was incredibly kind and sorted this issue in 5minutes. Will definitely shop there again!

Having previously ordered two Arco garden chairs from Tikamoon and loved them, we decided to order them for our main outdoor dining table. They were out of stock but I was duly informed of their restock and ordered 10 more. However, due to payment system error I ended up with two orders for 10 chairs each. A quick email was responded to swiftly by Lucie who duly sorted the error and I now await the delivery of just 10 chairs!

Tikamoon were excellent to deal with and we are very happy with the product. There were some issues with shipment damage but no fault of Tikamoon, as it was well packaged. Dealt with extremely well by Tikamoon. I would recommend them.

The product broke within days of arrival, despite spending £100s on it. The customer service following that was shocking. I would never recommend tikamoon.

Bought an Extro Stri marble basin from here for £199 for my bathroom. Within two days of it being fitted pitting and cracks appeared. The company initially offered me 30% off which I was not happy with at all. They eventually sent me a replacement, this was installed around May 2024, it has now started to do the same thing. I have totally lost faith in this company, I wish I had read the reviews on here before I purchased. They selling substandard sinks. I want a full refund.

The table I ordered from Tikamoon arrived damaged — twice. To make matters worse, it’s advertised as “solid wood” but the top is actually hollow. That’s not just disappointing, it’s misleading.

From there, the service went from bad to worse. Weeks of back-and-forth with customer service got me nowhere: slow replies, contradictory excuses, and absolutely no ownership of the problem. It was like pulling teeth just to get the most basic answers.

Eventually they offered me £200 compensation, which doesn’t even cover the £300 repair cost. Calling this “compensation” feels disingenuous when the customer is left out of pocket. An insulting amount dressed up as a “gesture of goodwill.”

And even then, they dragged their feet. I had to chase constantly, was fed nonsense about the refund being “rejected by the bank” and then “processed from France,” and only saw the money after threatening Section 75 proceedings and making it clear I would go public.

The entire experience was dishonest, exhausting, and infuriating. Tikamoon sell misleading products, provide appalling service, and treat customers with contempt. Avoid them at all costs.

The entire experience was great from end to end. The furniture is super and well made - described accurately with multiple photographs and videos. The customer service is first rate - they answered the phone quickly and answered my questions immediately and with confidence. The delivery was prompt and incredibly efficient.

Love Tikamoon furniture, good price and great workmanship. Only down side is the waiting time for delivery.

Before placing an order, I had a very useful call with customer service who helped me figure out if the chairs I wanted to order were right for me. The delivery was also very efficient.

Paid for a Otterman and within a few months they began to wear. Clearly, poorly made and the customer service team didn’t seem to care that we had spent a lot of money on this item for it look terrible within months.

I am disappointed with the quality of the Jacob Vanity Unit. We installed it in January 2025, and by April, the first crack appeared on the surface, despite careful use and good ventilation. We were offered either a replacement unit or £110 compensation; we accepted the £110, as a replacement would have been both costly and a major hassle.
By July 2025, two more cracks appeared. We requested a further refund, but this was declined on the basis that we should have repaired the first crack ourselves. Blaming the customer for their product’s lack of quality is particularly disappointing.

Update:
I appreciate that the company offered either a £110 refund or a replacement, but I strongly disagree with the suggestion that the additional cracks occurred because I didn’t repair the first one. It’s not acceptable to shift responsibility onto the customer.

I was planning to have the initial crack repaired, but haven’t managed to get anyone to do it yet. I declined the replacement because of the major cost and hassle of refitting, and I had no reason to think more cracks would appear. A quality unit should not develop multiple cracks in such a short time, especially given how much care we have taken with it.

The fact that further cracks appeared shows the issue was with the product’s quality, not my actions.

The Eden dining table we ordered had marks on it and bubbling to the wood. The legs were also not aligned and so stick out . We ask for replacement legs but were told this was not possible.

We were unable to return the table since we’d thrown away the packaging and needed to use it that weekend.

We reached out to customer service who only offered us a £50 refund which we felt was very little considering the table was close to £800 and the cost of sanding and re-oiling it would basically cost as much as the refund.
