Fantastic company to buy from! High quality products at a reasonable price. Value for money and different from the average whatever you order. Purchased twice. Latest order is the Edgar vanity unit in oak and porceline sink. Looks stunning and so different from run of the mill vanity unit. Love it. Highly recommend this supplier ! Delivery on time as specified.

I'm very impressed with this company. We had a problem with a table that was delivered (on time) and they immediately sent out another one. No questions asked, just taken on trust. They respond to questions quickly and are very efficient. Excellent service.

This is our second purchase. We bought a teak garden table and this time we bought some teak garden armchairs. The furniture is really well made, website is true to life. Delivery was trouble-free and communications excellent. We would trust to buy from Tikamoon again.

We ordered the Key Wood garden furniture set. Whilst it does look nice, that does not last. Within a year, the protective coating has flaked off. Its not varnish or wood oil. More like sprayed on orangey plastic cr@p.
I have had to spend two days standing everything, putting on wood dye and varnish.

On top of the flakey finish, the furniture is NOT COMFORTABLE! My wife has had to make custom cushions so we can sit down with getting a numb bum.

Also, I have recently discovered that a number screws that attach the wood to the frame have snapped off. This is from normal use.

Avoid at all costs.

Beautiful Jill sink unit and wall cabinet. great quality, modern design. Doesn't look cheap or naff like a lot of bathroom units. Classy and different. The first unit arrived damaged but I was offered options by customers service and a replacement was sent ASAP. Customer service was excellent and responsive. I wanted to keep the wood colour but also protect the wood so did one coat of Osmo Polyx oil (Raw Transparent). It has a tiny bit of white so doesn't darken the wood like a lot of oils or varnishes.

The purchase and delivery were very straightforward. Slight damage on the product was addressed quickly and it was easy to get hold of the company

My console table is beautiful but arrived with a top that had had the stain applied poorly. After several exchange of emails this was swapped for a new table which sadly still has a small imperfection in the top.

I simply couldn’t face going through exchanging again as tikamoon insisted that for the first exchange I disassemble the table and wrap it for uplift. I’ve recently moved into a flat and had no wrapping materials so had to buy some bubble wrap. The table is heavy so it was difficult to take apart - my joiner had assembled it but I wasn’t willing to pay to have him disassemble it. I’ll attempt to restain the new table myself! It just seems easier.

I purchased a console table for my hallway. Unfortunately the colour of the wood was too dark for my taste although the product itself was well made. I arranged for the product to be returned and a full refund was given.

Such beautiful sinks and unit, and really responsive customer service. Highly recommend!

Third time that I have ordered from this website so far everythinghas been very easy to order very good products and delivered promptly,would advice,anyone I know to purchase or at least go on there website and have a look.

Ordered a very nice looking double-bookcase, the website was easy to navigate and payment was smooth. Three months later we received an email stating that the product hadn't met Quality Assurance standards and would need to be remade. £60 was offered in exchange for waiting a further two months for the product (a total wait of 5 months). One month after this email we are told that actually the product is out of production, and that our order is cancelled, 4 months after we had ordered! We are being refunded but the whole experience is very disappointing, I won't be buying from Tikamoon again, and I wouldn't recommend it.

First time buyer, and had a great experience. Delivery was quite quick to address in London (less than 1 week).

Very easy to navigate the website and in person the products look exactly as photographed (Isaure console table and Maljakko vase)

Packaging was very well done also, shipped to Ireland with no damage to anything (including the terrazzo top, which was shipped in a separate wooden crate)

Would highly recommend and will be buying again in the near future!

Very happy with our order. The tv unit we bought was perfect for the space and came beautifully packaged. The piece went on sale basically straight after we bought it but upon emailing the customer services team they refunded the difference. Stellar customer service and furniture!

Lovely pieces, well designed and look good in the space. We purchased a large desk, headboard, outdoor chair and chest of drawers. Nicely made and such a treat to receive solid wood again - I am so over flat pack mdf furniture! Would definitely order again. The chest of drawers seems slightly clumsy on its runners but is very aesthetically pleasing. Otherwise all seems very solid.
