Absolutely excellent service would recommend to anyone Windows and frames sparkling

I have Tidal windows clean my windows and conservatry windows every four weeks. The person that dose it is very pleasant and the windows look great when he's finished. I recommend Tidal to any one and the price is very reasonable.

I have joined Tidal and now get my windows and doors cleaned regularly. It's great to know that I will get a professional clean without having to remember to book as my cleaner comes every eight weeks. I would recommend Tidal as a really good service.

I really struggled to find a reliable window cleaner after moving into my new house, until I came across TIDAL. Best window cleaners I’ve ever had, windows are always left sparkling clean. Also clean my frames and doors. Price is also very reasonable. They send a text message the day before so I always know when they are coming, which gives me chance to unlock the back gate. Communication is excellent, so I would highly recommend TIDAL all day long.

Tidal approached my 3 storey home canvassing for business. Offered me a one off clean, set up an account on my doorstep to pay by card. No terms and conditions presented. Told me I could cancel any time. He did the clean, advised he'd cleaned the window vents. Checked each room, water had been sprayed through the open vents leaving black dirty water on my roman blinds, paintwork and over documents which were on the windowsill. Windows on top floor weren't clean. How could they be when no force can be applied to a hose with a brush on the end squirting water? Poor service, horrible experience. Not recommended

Tidal damaged 3 of our windows. Very bad customer service. Cant speak to a human being the company hide behind emails....

I have asked this company 10 times to not put the hose on my property (grass:drive)as they are cleaning next door and not my windows. All requests have bean ignored:back chat and immaturely laughed at by this cowboy outfit.

There is no need to go on my property with hose as there is a driveway:dedicated path to front and back of the customers property,

No respect/ consideration for anyone, be aware before getting this unprofessional company to clean your windows !!

Actual window cleaner was amazing and couldn’t fault him. However I received a link to a payment page asking me to input my card details. Following a recent fraud on my card I could not pay in this way so requested bank transfer details. Eventually given after a week of arguing with customer service and requested to cancel my account as too much trouble if I’m honest. They requested I give them another chance so did so. Paid by bank transfer then received repeated messages claiming I hadn’t paid. Showed proof I had and again requested my account cancelled. Was told by customer service it’s a 3 clean minimum and I cannot cancel. I disputed this as not something ever mentioned or agreed to. She apologised and again asked for another chance which I denied. They accessed my property yesterday and cleaned despite my cancelling and invoiced me today. Still citing the 3 clean minimum I did not consent to or was ever aware of. The customer service from Alana is letting the entire business down from my experience and I do not recommend at all. Currently seeking advice from trading standards with regards an invoice for a service I did not want.

Great use of Apps and Technology but customer service poorly lacking. Never used this company before but decided to use them based on Trustpilot reviews. Original appointment was cancelled due to the Window Cleaner having his van stollen. Was then re-arranged, last minute, on three separate occasions. When I messaged the Tidal team at 3 p.m. on the rearranged date, they simply cancelled the appointment with no explanation. I'm sure they're better than this but I won't be contacting them again. Oh, its now 2-months since we originally contacted them and I can't see out of our windows - thanks Tidal!!

I've had the same window cleaning team for the past 3 months they are absolutely brilliant sills and frames all cleaned as well as the windows would very highly recommend I'm new to tidal and will definitely be staying

The service was amazing. Kevin was friendly and very helpful. Knocked on the door before he started and knocked after just to let us know it was done. Budget friendly service. Would recommend to anyone who asked.
