The boots were too big, needed smaller size.
The exchange to Australian customer will cost nearly 50% of the boot's price, despite funny claim by Thursday Boots company of "easy return for Australian customers". You will have to post the boots to New York and pay again for the new pair postage... postage both ways will cost you nearly AU$150. The company does not wish to deal with any local retailers, hence I would wait until they do. If you are in Australia, do not buy, could be very expensive lesson. Thursday Boots company, there were no big problem with the boots, they were just too long. Just remove that wording about "easy return to Australia", it's misinformation, there is nothing easy about it.

Niente a che vedere con i Moc Toe come quelli della Sorel ad esempio, qui c'è davvero grandissima qualità. Valgono davvero ogni centesimo speso. Complimenti, queste sono le Moc Toe in assoluto con migliore rapporto qualità/prezzo mai acquistate.

Had stock issues, but glad they made everythign right. Love their boots.

Purchased the Duke boot after a positive experience with their Diplomat boot a few years ago. After 2 months of light wear (wearing it only on office days 2-3 times week, primarily indoor), parts of the leather started coming off. I contacted their customer service and requested a return. What I have received as a response is that this is the result of the shoe polish being used on the boots rather than an acknowledgement of poor product quality.

Update March 6: They have reached out since and offered a 50 USD voucher or a replacement with a factory seconds pair.

Update March 17: Received the following response after illustrating the limited wear on these shoes: "After a thorough review with our product team, the wear noted on your pair is consistent with use over time rather than a manufacturing defect. Based on that, the pair would not qualify for a refund under our policy."

So Thursday Boots is essentially confirming that these boots are designed for lifespan of 2 months of light office wear. Keep that in mind when ordering products from them. For me, it was the last order I placed with them.

I’ve been shopping for leather jackets for four months. I literally have had to send three back that I bought on Amazon because the quality was not good. I took a chance in order a jacket from Thursday boots. It arrived today. It is absolutely spot on and fabulous. Worth every penny. The leather is perfect. The style is perfect. The smell is incredible. I’m just sorry that I’ve wasted so much time with all those other places and I didn’t go here first thank you guys for everything that you’ve done helping me wow.

One comment though, it is (my European perspective) that their shoe sizes runs a little big. However, I highly recommend this company!

Thursday Boots are very well made and the quality is excellent. But what matters even more is knowing that if any issue ever comes up, their customer service will go out of their way to make it right.

I tried to exchange a pair of boots in mint condition - original packaging, only tried on indoors. After multiple interrogative emails and eight photos, Thursday Boot Company refused the exchange, even though they are currently selling the exact same boot at full price. Their “solution”? $50 off another purchase.
This is rigid, short-sighted customer service dressed up as policy. If something doesn’t fit quite right, don’t expect reason or flexibility - expect resistance.
Plenty of brands stand behind their product and their customers. This isn’t one of them.

Two day shipping to Lithuania - you read that correctly! I don't know how, but I placed an order and picked up my Thursday Heritage Captains in 48 hours. I chose the rustic brown for a classier look. These are my first high quality boots and I love them! Gambled for a US 10 when I normally wear EU 43 and ended up with a comfy fit and plenty of toe wiggle room or space for a welt insole as sometimes there is a need for one during the winters here. I would like to try US 9.5 as well, but I'm happy with the fit now, too. Definitely takes time to get used to the angled heel - it's something that breaks your stride at first, but it is not necessarily a negative thing. The build quality overall is great, the leather is amazing - no scars out of the box, no water or salt marks after multiple walks in the salty city snow. I will definetly return for other products in the future!

I bought a pair of their Women's Premier Low Tops and paid for 2 day shipping because I was going out of town and needed them ASAP. The day they were supposed to arrive, OnTrac's arrival status changed to the following day, which would be too late. I angrily emailed customer service at Thursday Boot Co. explaining the situation, and they immediately responded and refunded me for the cost of the expedited shipping. Then, the shoes ended up being delivered on time!

The shoes themselves are great quality - well made and were surprisingly easy to keep clean even though they're white. My first time wearing them I spent about 12 hours with them on (attending a Backstreet Boys show in Vegas, followed by another show at XS) and they were a joy to wear the entire time! No blisters or discomfort of any sort, which is a first for me because I have high arches! I highly recommend this company!

Check the the shoe size is correct for your region if buying online…Otherwise shoes look great, looking forward to wearing them

Not worth the risk! When the pair finally arrived they don't fit and now its going to cost me £40 to return them. The company isn't built for ecommerce and definitely not built for the UK market.

Unfortunately size doesn't fit, size 10 male boots was very very small, boots were very heavy as all, but the worst is refund experience. My parcel has been delivered 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for confirmation of refund. Apparently it's taking 15 working days to investigate the products plus time to arrange refund plus time for the bank to process it. It's very long time compared to other companies, which can arrange full refund within max 10 day!

I’ve ordered a pair of their sneakers, a belt, a pair of presidents in tobacco and a platform Chelsea for the wife. Sneakers were tue to size like stated in the fitment guide. Presidents recommended half size smaller than sneakers and the fit was perfect. Break in period was a breeze. I wore the Presidents daily for about a week and a half or so and they are super comfortable. I purchased them at the end of October 2025 and in February 2026 I noticed that the Sole on the left toe was starting to come unglued or possibly unstitched. I reached out to customer service sent a couple photos and within the same day, they created an order and shipped me a replacement pair and didn’t want the old ones back. That to me as someone who cares about their customers and who stands behind their product. I will always continue to purchase my boots from Thursday and will continue to recommend them to friends and family. Are those who just simply ask what kind of boots those are cause believe me you will get compliments. Richmond Y. (Rich) in customer service was outstanding. Thank you Rich and Thursday Boots 💪🏾

The sizing of the product, using their guidelines, is off. I suggest people use their typical US sizing conversion rather than relying on information on the website as you will end up with something too small.
Also, the international order delivery fee / pay for your own features / pay AGAIN if you want to exchange is frankly terrible. Getting the right sized product has just cost me $140 in delivery fees alone, which has left a very sour taste in my mouth about the brand.

I have owned these women black boots for about a year. I live in NC so not worn more than 3 months a year, once or so a week. The leather on both shoes separated from the heel. So cannot be worn. Highly disappointed as they were pretty expensive. My cheap boots performed much better over several years! Customer service offered nothing and no response after I sent them pictures of both boots. I sent them 2 followup emails on 1/29 and 1/30 and no response. Nothing in my spam either.

After this review they did reach out and replace the boots but I was disappointed they originally did not stand behind their product that was definitely defective and I had to write a review or any resolution. I took it to a shoe repair shop and they pointed out the defect was unrepairable. Will see if the new pair is better!

After an initial poor experience where no boots arrived at all, the ThursdayBoots team got back up, delivered and made for an excellent experience.

Imagine a pair of boots so comfortable, so beautiful, that you don't even want to take them off. That's what recently arrived from ThursdayBoots with my 2nd order of the Captain StormKing Dark Olive Matte boots, size 10. I chose them especially for their "rough & rugged" style and I am very impressed.

First of all, the order arrived into Eastern Europe in just 5 days via the DHL Express delivery option which is great. The fact that ThursdayBoots manage the Customs & Import fees on behalf of the customer is a big bonus - less customs paperwork for us means less hassle.

The packaging quality is really good, making for a beautiful unboxing experience. The smell of the leather upon unboxing is the best thing to reach my nostrils for a long while, delivering nostalgia which harkens me back to childhood memories on my grandparents' cattle farm. Once you hold these Boots you just immediately know you're holding high-quality leather items.

The Boots not only fit my feet well, they surround and support my feet in every aspect I had hoped for; they don't slip back and forth, and yet my toes always have room to flex. Likewise, my toes do not naturally crimp or curl in order to hold onto the sole. The ankle & heel are supported well even after tying the laces to the lowest possible eyelets and then doing standing heel raises. After wearing the boots for almost 2-days straight, I have no feeling of blisters or fatigue. This is the very definition of comfortable - even the leather stretching phase is a pleasure. This means these Boots aren't just heavy weights protecting your feet but rather become natural extensions of your feet.

The quality shows in all the details; that beautiful upper, the stitching, the strong laces through the eyelets & hook buckles, the soft comfortable insole, the supple flexible feeling of the tongue after tying the laces and the very sturdy supportive sole and rugged tread...someone at ThursdayBoots clearly loves making shoes and making them well.

For International Buyers: do not be dismayed too quickly should something with your order go wrong. As it currently stands in 2026, the team at ThursdayBoots are taking very good steps to make right with their customers and to be fair - just give them a little time. Communication can initially be a little slow but in my case, they very well made up for it.

Regarding sizing; if my case can help guide anyone else, my EU shoe size is 43 (foot length 27.5cm) and I have a rather narrow foot for a man. The size 10 boots I ordered fit me perfectly with standard socks. I am currently however unable to wear the Boots comfortably with thicker (e.g. hiking) socks because if I do then my toes are not able to flex at all. For me this is not really a problem though as I don't plan to use them for extended periods on rough terrain - I'm just stating this for the benefit of others who might have that intention. And with regards to sizing we need to be fair in our criticism as shoe sizing is always relative and highly individual.

With standard socks on, these Boots are perhaps the most comfortable I have ever worn.

A special note of thanks to Gail S. at ThursdayBoots who reached out, put up with a lot of flack from me after my original order went wrong and who maintained her fairness and respect. Heck she was so damned likeable I couldn't say no to attempting another order.

Honestly ThursdayBoots, you can be very proud of yourselves. I wish more companies in general strove to your standard of quality especially after making mistakes and then making up for them. But you also, simply, make excellent Boots.

Bought a leather jacket for $390. Thing ripped apart when i was exciting my car, after wearing it for 8 times. Looks good but the quality and thickness of the leather is worse than in any other leather jacket I’ve had and I’ve had plenty.

AVOID- BUYER BEWARE

Poor quality- definitely not worth $150+

Maybe $50 shoes- super cheap chinese or mexican made with below average materials. Kept $60+ of my refund with no explanation.
