Thrivecart is a nightmare, especially in Europe. Every time they fix one issue, they seem to break five more. When a major bug occurs, it takes them two to three months to resolve it, even for problems that could likely be fixed in under an hour with some devs.

If you plan on using Thrivecart in Europe, where prices are inclusive of VAT (TVA), I would strongly recommend choosing a different tool. You will end up losing more time than you can possibly imagine.

Price display, invoice, checkout page... I have never ever seen so many problem in one tool... it seems endless. So sad.

I had an issue after accidentally deleting a course, and ThriveCart support helped me recover it quickly. Their response was fast, clear, and professional. I’m really impressed with the support team, they saved hours of work. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing. I upgraded to pro+ and was trying to integrate it for days. Several tickets did not bring a solution and because we had a deadline, we choose to integrate Stripe. That was done in 30 minutes. I asked for a refund for pro+ because I can't use it, and that was 4 days outside the refund window. After days and days of testing. Customer support is very rigid, hiding behind policies rather than fair play

Elise Sena was amazing at resolving my query at lightening speed and even sending me a video to show how to do something I was stuck on within minutes of me sending a support ticket. Thanks so much and great customer service.

Very disapppinted at the support service from thrive cart. After a long back and forth requesting payments that dissapeared with connect plus update...they stopped responding to me on an issue I emailed to be sorted out over a month ago. This is my second time not getting a resolution np reply from tehir suppprt or really subpar that leave me stuck. After an apology I was told to report to a manager if I faced silence from thrive cart and I have messaged np replution. The issues are piling up with thrive cart and unfortunantely a very subpar suppprt team who respind when they feel like and very unhelpful so I have come here to see if I will get a response. This delay has effected my earnings

I was having an issue with my Learnplus classes showing up after student registration. I haven’t gone live yet, but I wanted people to test my online courses for KA Reiki certification beforehand. I could not figure out what was happening since I had everything published and “live” on the payment section. I reached out and Winsell at Thrivecart support quickly emailed with information to fix the issue. Additionally, Winsell sent screenshots with detailed instructions of the problem so I would not be confused. Such great customer service! The issue got resolved and I’m now adding more information for my KA Reiki course for my upcoming students. Highly recommend.

I am an absolute Beginner when it comes to Tech related problems, so I felt absolutely helpless when I recognized that after integrating my email-provider via Zapier, the test datas made it through to my list, but from the Check out at Thrive Cart they don´t.
Fortunately I got introduced to Senora Gonzales, she was able to finally solve the problems within two weeks. She put in a lot of energy and efforts, was very kind and patient with me. I am super grateful for this great support!
