Sadly, this has become a company focused on 'features' to get more profits rather than a stable platform that works. Especially for small businesses. Notably, by the time you've built the funnel, optimised it, then realised the endless bugs and problems, it's too late to get a refund. From clients being charged twice and randomly, multiple CTA buttons appearing on upsells, with only one of them working leaving $$$ on the table of missed oppertunity (9 months of support saying it will be fixed, never is - "activly looking at it"), funnels randomly being erased and needing to be rebuilt form scratch, split pay second payments not being charged, likewise subscriptions payment (especially free tiral offer), split pay payments carrying on indefintely and charging customers every month rather than the selected period, the list and headaches go on and on. The worst part, you don't realise all of these until clients are sending angry emails letting you know. By which point, trust has been lost. Support are great at answering from templated AI responses.

I paid for Thrivecart one time, and have enjoyed the plan I am on for over two years. I have grown very adept at using the platform. That being said, when I needed a real person for help, it was easy to send an email to an actual person from their team. They responded the same day and I got the help I needed.

I had an issue that could have messed up my checkout. Added to that, it was a weekend. I sent an email thinking I wouldn't hear back till the next week. A few hours later they had the issue resolved, and even sent me a video of what I needed to do on my end. Thrivecart is not only a good product, their customer support is amazing. Highly recommend.

I signed up for ThriveCart in March after a terrible experience with SamCart. The two top things I was looking for... a platform that works seamlessly with Authorize.net and great customer service (SamCart had neither). I also LOVE that ThriveCart is a one time fee instead of a monthly fee, and you only pay monthly for add ons. I do pay the extra $19/mo for customer service and it's been worth it. Their tutorials are also very comprehensive and it's such an easy tool to use. I'm so glad I switched :). As a business owner with so many things on my plate... this is one less thing to stress about now.

I have literally had nothing but an amazing experience with Thrivecart. I switched my courses over from Squarespace because I needed a better checkout system and I'm using TC Learn to host the courses. I have needed help a couple of times with upgrading my account, and have been absolutely blown away by their customer support. Not only are their support team extremely helpful, but their response time is super quick even on weekends. They've helped me get set up with what I need within a couple of hours of initially emailing them.
I also really rate the software overall. I know the checkout is converting far better, and I'm really happy with the usability of their course platform Learn. I've ended up going with Pro so that I can track ads properly with Meta, and again it's working so well. I was hesitant to go with them at first especially reading some of the negative reviews here, but I honestly can't recommend them enough. Thrivecart is transforming my business. And massive shout out again to their amazing support team!

I had a fantastic experience with ThriveCart support.
I accidentally removed several upsells from one of my funnels and thought I had lost all the page designs, copy, videos, and content I'd spent a long time creating. I contacted support expecting a difficult recovery process, but the team responded quickly, understood the issue, and immediately started investigating.
Joseph was incredibly helpful throughout. He was able to restore the upsell pages from their logs, guided me through checking everything was working correctly, and even restored an additional upsell when I requested it. Communication was fast, friendly, and professional from start to finish.
What impressed me most was that they didn't just give generic answers—they actually looked into the account, recovered the missing content, and stayed with the issue until everything was fully resolved.
The whole experience turned what could have been a major setback into a minor inconvenience. Outstanding customer service and a great example of a support team that genuinely cares about helping customers.

Be very careful before purchasing from this company.
I requested a refund one day after buying because I quickly realized the platform wasn’t the right fit for me. There were key areas of the design system I couldn’t control, which made it unusable for what I needed.
Instead of honoring the refund request, they dragged the process out. They kept asking for more details under the guise of trying to “fix” the issue, but the result was that they could claim there were no grounds for a refund under their policy. Meanwhile, I had already moved on to another solution because their platform didn’t meet my needs when I needed it to.
The refund process itself was also frustrating. They required me to fill out a Google Form, then claimed they never received it, forcing me to repeat the process. It felt like a delay tactic designed to run out the 30-day refund window.
My advice: document everything immediately. Screenshot your refund request, save every email, and don’t let them push you past the refund period. If they continue stalling, you may be better off disputing the charge through your credit card company.
Update: Thrivecart attempted to flag this review as defamatory to prevent the truth from getting out.

I am giving 5 stars for the customer support. In a world where a large company like Google can sell products wihtout being able to talk to a support person, I am grateful for companies that have even email support. They were on top of investigating the problem and had professional communication. Their response time is great.

I am really NOT loving thrivecart. I have had it for about 2 years now. At first, it seemed fine..but the more I use it, the more glitches I come across. It is so frustrating. I have to create new checkouts for each product despite "saving the template." Also, you have to use a video service like Vimeo and that has a limited amount of usage so you need to upgrade and spend more $$$ for more storage. I invested about 1k into Thrivecart for lifetime access. I doubt I can get this back. I'm sure Kajabi is the way to go.

I have bought Thrivecart pro+ but to this day I still can’t use it. The system thinks I didnt pay, so it blocks all the paid functions, while I did pay the full $679, have the invoice and the money has been deducted. I cant use it and have missed several deadlines in the business because of this. I’ve contacted customer support, got 1 reply that did nothing and ever since it’s silent even though they promise getting back within 24hrs.
This support is completely useless and so far I’ve paid for a product that is locked and I can’t use. It might be great software but I can’t even use it so I feel ripped off
