The people responding could not have been more helpful and nice. I had completely forgotten how to access everything and was providing a lot of guesses and we managed to get there in the end. They were very fast to respond, very helpful and very nice to talk to.

ThriveCart has one of The BEST in The Industry!
ThriveCart has one of, if not the best shopping cart on the market! However, that's not even the best part of ThriveCart. They continue to uplevel and improve their product while taking great pride in being the best. However, the best part of ThriveCart is it's customer service! Their support is the best on the internet in my opinion... I've been a customer for years and they have always been consistently awesome from day one, up to years later! After getting no where with AI…
After getting no where with AI messaging, I was offered to send a message to a real person. With this person the issue was resolved quickly. Please keep the real person contact available. It avoids being in a close loop too long. As a vendor, accessing my platform is crucial!
