already feeling more relaxed

just finished day 8 and noticing my nervous system is changing. the first few days I felt like I had taken nature's Xanax. last night when I was dancing in the kitchen with my daughter I could feel my hips and legs moving in a way they haven't in a long time. feeling lighter, freer and more reslient.

finally sleeping deeply again

i’m on day 8 of these somatic exercises and honestly, the difference started on day 1. i’ve been getting the best sleep i’ve had in years. adding this to my bedtime routine has helped me feel incredibly grounded and centered before bed. i didn’t realize how much my body needed this.

I've always had trouble sleeping

I've always had trouble sleeping, but these somatic exercises are very relaxing and help me sleep at night.

I will say, though, that they aren't usually 10 mins a day. I'd say that they are usually between 10 to over 20 minutes every day. For someone that's extremely overwhelmed and struggling with life, like I was when I started this, it's important to know. I couldn't handle much of anything at that time and it was frustrating to me to find that they're not really 10 minutes per day on most days, as advertised.

I am working through the course for the…

I am working through the course for the 2nd time. It has been extremely helpful on my healing journey. After so many years of bottling things up, I experienced so much release through this course. I have been able to let my emotions flow and better understand what is happening inside my body. I’m not totally pain free but my instances of pain have dramatically improved.

Great accessible course

Great accessible course. The exercises are simple and they don't seem like doing much. The release is profound though from the very first day. Thank you.

This course is changing my life

I’m only on day 8 of my course and it is changing my life! As a single mom that juggles two boys AND a 9-5, my health has been significantly impacted for years. I did not realize how badly my nervous system needed me to slow down and release trauma I’ve had for years. So so grateful I purchased this course and can’t wait to get the others.

Didn’t really notice much or feel much…

Didn’t really notice much or feel much with the exercises so far. I get a lot more release from yoga. I am on day 9 though and am sure there is more great content coming up. I also think the movement are small and perhaps my expectation were that they would be big stretches where I would have big sensations in the body.
