The Towbar Group Ltd Anmeldelser

Brilliant came to me fitted when i needed it very freindly and helpful and straightforward.

Really pleased I chose The Towbar Group. I was very fussy about the fitting and wanted a Fixed Towbar with a Protective Plate and they sorted it. Bron was lovely and the Fitter who was really good was also a Fisherman so we had lots to talk about.

Stress Free.

Absolutley spot on. Top make tow bar, reasonable price, fitted in my driveway. Ben the fitter was very polite and John at the depo. very helpful. Would use again if needed.

Great and excellent service cannot fault anything

I couldn’t of asked for better service. Technician Garry arrived and got straight on with the fitting. It was done in my work car park within a few hours. Everything looks great and works as it should. Such an easy process from start to finish. I got a very helpful call handler when I phoned initially for a quote. A competitive price and good customer service were the reasons I chose to go with The Towbar Group. Once fitted, I towed the same day, confident with the work. Thank you!

Fab service from the tow bar group! Booked in within two weeks, technician arrived on time, completed the job with no hassle and explained step by step how to use everything. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service from getting a quote to having detachable tow bar fitted, the gentleman who fitted was very polite and answered all questions asked, he went through how to use correctly, very pleased I will recommend to my friends.

Great service, came to me, guys were approachable with any questions, talked though how to take off and reattach

Really pleased with the service they provided and really appreciate them coming to me to fit the tow bar at no extra cost really nice guy guy to talk to and very helpful really recommend you go to these guys 🤙👍

Having had a poor experience with the local main dealer I asked Ferry Services to look at my RVC on my Seat Leon. They quoted a similar price to the main dealer so I asked them to fit/rectify the unit. The result has been that they fitted a new camera which is much better in quality terms. They also revised the price I paid downwards after being able to use the existing installation which the main dealer said required replacement. Super experience.

Great service and advice and communication - towbar fitted as arranged - good job

I ordered a detachable, 13 pin - vehicle specific, towbar through the Witter website. Fitting was organised and confirmed with TTG by Witter online and by email. The towbar was sent directly to TTG - so no worrying about being in to receive it and store it!
On installation day the technician, Gareth, arrived at my work address around 9 am. I had to change the install location and this was no problem. He showed me the towbar to make sure it was correct, then he wasted no time in starting the job. After a few hours, the fitting and coding were complete. I went out to inspect the work and was very happy. The car was back in one piece inside and out with no damaged clips and trim, the bumper was back on correctly and the non-visible cut on the bumper was neat.
I have had a towbar fitted by a dealership on a previous vehicle, and the quality was suspect in some areas - I even ended up tidying the wiring into the bypass relay and one of the clips on the bumper was damaged, so I was worried. Those were soon gone after this job was done!
Thanks for the great service, I would definitely recommend TTG.

Excellent service from advice about best towbar and bike carrier for my car to home fitting.

Great service, fitted whilst at work, and competitive price.

From my first contact with the Kings Lynn branch to the fitting it was a pleasure . The tow bar was fitted in 3 hours at my address and not a drop of mess anywhere to be seen, if only every purchasing experience was this good & easy

Excellent customer service from the start, tow bar was fitted quicker than we anticipated, efficient, clean and tidy job.
We would definitely recommend.

I have just had a new tow bar fitted, the service from start of a phone to the centre, to the finish work was 100%. The staff came to my address to fit the tow bar, and I advised the fitter not to worry if he marked the bumper taking it off as this is an old well used car. He still took off the bumper and put it on cardboard as not to mark it. Very professional and very good, also very polite. Thanks Eric

Excellent from enquiry to fitting and follow up would recommend

Excellent service on your driveway at an incredible price

Competitive price for Witter tow bar and Thule bike rack. Fitter arrived on time and was very efficient and polite. Took time to explain how everything worked and demonstrate electrics. Excellent service, many thanks!
