Tim was great from start to finish. He was really good at communicating and did a superb job on my automatic watch Chrono repair. I will be using for some of my other watches shortly.

Expert, attentive, excellent value for money. Tim repaired a special watch for me with skill and speed. Not only did he fix the watch and put it back together better than what it was before, he took the time to explain the key steps he took, what needed replacing, what needed cleaning, etc., to bring my watch back to proper order. Tim kindly sorted a few issues with my father’s Heuer, cleaning, replacing the main spring and fixing the strap. A friend has two 1970’s Heuers, one with a missing button, the other with water damage. Tim has fixed both, with a glass polish they both look fantastic. Thank you so much for your efforts, valuable heirlooms that have been brought back to life.

Having sent many watches to the manufacturers for many years I'd never considered an independent. How wrong have I been. Tim made contact when I asked a question on social media purely offering advice. After many messages I asked if he repaired watches for other people and not just as a hobby. Tim video called to introduce himself and show me his set up and go though how the process works. I genuinely wish I'd met him years ago. Nothing was too much trouble, he sent updates daily and photos which I found greatly reassuring. The repairs and service were completed in a very short time scale and returned to me within 9 days. Tim completely overhaul my watch adding several new parts all sourced by him. The price was incredible considering the expertise and time spent. In short if your considering any repair or service work Tim is the guy. I will no longer be paying extortionate fees to manufacturers and waiting an age to get my watch back. In short amazing service, incredible expertise and a bargain price. 100% be using Tim for all my watches in the future.

I have given my customer experience a 5 * rating primarily because I was kept informed throughout in terms of what was the cause of the problem, the fix that would be needed and naturally, the cost. I am therefore very pleased with the end result. I have my treasured watch back working once again.

Fantastic service to fix watch where I was previously quoted hundreds of pounds from high street jewelers who couldn't even be bothered to find out what the issues was - they just quoted a very flat expensive fee.

Recently had my late wife’s favourite watch repaired and serviced by “the time savers”. They did a fabulous job in a very friendly and professional way. I was very impressed by their quick turn round and affordable pricing. The watch was returned to me in perfect working order and even looked like new ! Thank you.

Emailed Tim about repair to a Medana watch ,which several people had turned down as spares unavailable etc. Sent the watch and Tim brought back to life ,with constant updates including video (nice touch). The watch was returned fully repaired and working ,in a protective box .
So if you are unable to get your watch repaired try The Time Savers recommended .

I had a Omega Seamaster that was not working and in a bit of a state, the guys at The timesavers took the job on and not only repaired it to full working order gave it a good thorough clean the watch came back in A1 condition. i cannot highly recommend enough.

The Time Savers refer to themselves as 'enthusiastic amateurs' but they provided me with a completely professional service from start to finish. Their service was excellent throughout, with prompt responses to my initial enquiry, I received timely updates and my watch was repaired swiftly. I felt truly looked after by a team that genuinely care. I highly recommend their skills and won't consider going anywhere else in the future.

Couldn’t be happier. The watch should have been unrepairable given it was a cheap 70’s timepiece, but it had huge sentimental value so I took a punt. So glad I did; The Time Savers brought the watch back to life and it was returned to me quickly, safely and in a very professional manner. Strong recommend from me.

Tim done an amazing job with my watch. It was a wedding gift from my wife 20 years ago and there are not many people that I trust to leave it with. It looks as good a new.

Amazing company fixed my husband and son watches with new batteries, a full service and clean and both come back looking brand new. One of the watches is over twenty years old. Highly recommend.
