Five stars 😊thank you Tim for a first class customer service , everything from start to finish made easy.He is extremely knowledgeable I took an old ladies pocket watch that was left to me by my family ..he fixed it and it looks good as new.
He made everything easy from booking in to taking the watch , took time to talk to me explaining the next stage , emailing me with important information about the watch .. dates , age, condition hallmarks etc
On collection I picked up a watch that now worked ,all clean and shiny , explained how to set time and wind it up . It was refreshing to find someone who is such an expert in this field, at a reasonable cost rare nowadays .

I took my watch to The Time Savers for a service, the whole experience was amazing. The communication was excellent, the watch is keeping perfect time and has been cleaned, it’s like new! I will definitely be using them again!

Efficient and professional service

A pleasure to do business with Tim.He collected my Cartier and emailed me the work to be carried out and cost.During the service he kept me updated with several photos of the work in progress .On completion the watch was returned cleaned and in perfect working order after 40 years of running.!If your watch needs TLC take it to Tim.

Tim professes to be more of a mechanical watch man, but I can assure you he's much more than that!
My beloved Seiko quartz chronograph had begun stopping intermittently so I stopped using it. Seiko could offer no help saying it required a new movement which was no longer available.
Tim however investigated the watch & found a couple of worn plastic wheels. He sourced one form the internet & one from his considerable supply of spares & after persevering now has it running perfectly.
Not only is it now repaired but Tim managed to do it at considerably less than the estimated price as he found the service he was expecting to do was not required.
I'm delighted with the service & Timesavers is now my go to destination for any watch repairs I may need in the future. Thanks a million.

My Grandad's vintage retirement watch was the second watch I've had repaired and serviced by Tim and I now consider him my Go to guy, I'm over the moon with the result. He's very knowledgeable, gives great updates and best of all, his work is at a price I can afford.

After trying to save money and replace my divers watch battery, I ended up snapping a small screw within the mechanism. Citizen repairs wouldn't help so I was in trouble. I stumbled across Tim's web site and amazingly he was in my home town that same day. We met, he looked at my watch and was up for the challenge of fixing my foolishness. Im proud to say 4 hours later I got a positive email saying all was fixed. Im so pleased. What a service. In a world where craftsmanship is disappearing, throw away and replace culture, its so pleasing to know experts like Tim are start out there. Highly highly recommended.

Tim undertook a number of services and repairs on good quality watches for my family. His workmanship and knowledge is second to none and he gave clear and concise reports on the work required and was able to carry out the work at a fraction of the price of the manufacturers. If you need your timepiece serviced or repaired, I would highly recommend The Time Savers.

Swapped out batteries and repaired 2 watches and asked if there was any chance they could look at my FIL watch. It had not been looked after for a while and I wanted to get it repaired for my husband. Tim managed to not only repair the watch but brought it back to life. We are so greatful for all the work Tim has done. He was very responsive and gave lots of updates. Highly recommend

Great service from Tim. Very quick turnround on the watch and it came back keeping really accurate time.

Had a few links taken out of my watch, Tim was friendly and patient on top of being incredibly knowledgeable - I know where I’ll be going for all of my watch needs from now on!

Came across Tim by accident glad I did. Had a silly quote from a high street jeweller for a repair & service which some of the repairs didn’t need doing just needed a good clean & service. So a week later I get my USSR Sekonda back running perfectly. Tim kept in touch through the whole process. I’m very pleased with the service & would highly recommend Tim.

This was the first time using Timesavers and not Tag, to replace a battery.
Tim has cleaned the watch up to look like new, and has sealed it and ensured it’s fully waterproof. This service would normally take about 5 weeks with Tag, but only 2 days with Tim.
Would definitely recommend.

Timesavers was recommended to me by a fellow watch collector and Tim was fantastic and very professional, from start to finish.

He asked me what I wanted, explained everything, did me a very fair and bespoke quote, communicated progress throughout - and turned it around in super quick time.

Watch transit was via RMSD both ways - and he showed great integrity to advise against doing a (costly) full service, having inspected and done a diagnostic on the watch.

Thanks again Tim - I will be back when another of my watches needs something doing!

After a brief message to Tim regarding my watch that had a clasp that was not working as it should, Tim was very positive that it could be repaired rather than renewed, I left the watch in his capable hands and with in an hour he had fixed it and explained what had happened over years of wear and tear.
Fantastic sevice and great pricing, will definitely use again.
