Thetekko Anmeldelser

I researched and tested over 15 handheld consoles from various merchants and sites. None of them were formatted to play out of the box except this one. Most had poor configurations that would require countless hours of programming to adjust. This Tekko handheld is properly formatted and can be used as soon as it's unpacked. I liked the console so much, I purchased another one for my friend as a birthday present. My only gripe about the whole experience is the time it took to receive the console especially when you pay the extra money for early processing.

Got everything in a time manner. Only thing I can say is that one handheld came missing it's grip. Had to file a claim.

Talk me through the whole process and through the delivery

I love it. The shipping takes a while buts it’s amazing

I told Sophia about the missing games but Sophia is putting me out and I think I have been scammed from those guys and I ordered 40,000 games not 20,372 games and most of the games are Chinese bootleg games I don’t play bootleg games

When I went thru my library It bring back old memories and games I have forgotten

Easy to complete transaction. Looking forward to a quality product.

Our son bought one and so we bought one for ourselves we cant wait until it gets in. Its a must have for anyone that loves to game and loves all the old school games as well.

So excited to receive the 4 that I ordered! Reached out to make sure all my address info was correct can't not wait to get them. 3 are presents and 1 for myself hehe 🖤🖤🖤

I am very, very excited to receive the items that I’ve ordered. The customer service with this site is outstanding. They are checking in making sure you’re happy wanting to make sure you received your product and if you need anything else they want you to tell them so they can assist you I think it’s pretty amazing. Customer service is no longer palatable these days but they go above and beyond and it just they shine so I’m very happy.

So easy to deal with and brings back good memories from when I was younger. Would highly recommend this to everybody.

I was not aware of additional ways to enjoy the games. Neil was very helpful with suggestions for add-ons to the products. He expedited my order and made the company available right away, should I have any additional questions or concerns. Excited to receive the games and dominate the domain.

I received my game device in a timely matter. It has all the classic games I love. This was a great purchase

One of the best and easiest experiences ordering from anyone. Friendliest staff

You could jump right in and start the games to play, this is absolutely what I have been looking for to just sit down and relaxing and play games and have thousands of games at my fingertips.

This is gonna be so much fun taking it along for my extremely long drive that I have to do now and again

Order never arrived and the customer service is of no help, I just got ghosted. Would rate it even more negatively if I could. Very much a scam, do not purchase here!

They reached out to help when they found that my discount code didn’t work and provided me with a new one. Amazing!
Very helpful and quick. Can’t wait for it to arrive. Excited to play games that cannot be found easily on 1 console till The Tekko.

A Tekko worker named Neil messaged me almost instantly trying to up sell me more attachments and add-ons with a 20% before I have even received anything. Just seems pushy and felt like a scam. Website is sometimes down which doesn't help.

I wish I knew it came from China before I ordered it. Also the zipper broke almost immediately and so I can't use the carrying case.
Better graphics but not much more games than the old version.

Easy to order and quick delivery. Boots up straight away.
