Made and order, and within a few minutes received a welcome text message which is great. Mentioned I would like to cancel my order. The gentleman apologized, gave me the email to cancel my order. Within 10 minutes of making my order I emailed the help section of Tekko. Email was answered quickly and was told they will try to cancel the order with the warehouse, I mentioned this shouldn’t be an issue given it has only been 10 minutes. Received another email stating they are waiting on the warehouse. Then nothing for a few days. And then I received shipping confirmation emails. Finally emailed back asking about my cancellation. And a day later received an email stating it couldn’t be cancelled due to the expedited process. I find this aggravating and dishonest. I say there is no way they couldn’t cancel an order within 10 minutes of said order. I have email receipts and time stamps to prove. If I could give negative stars I would.

Overall build quality is pretty good ans shipping was pretty quick graphics are really good just wish it had more Megaman games.

I love that you have the Licensed Arcade Games in there, only one very little problem. How come nobody can get the Adio in Gorf to work, I love how the game Taunts you with his voice. Otherwise all the Nintendo and Sega system all work great, Thank You for the Awesome Job.
