Neil from Tekko communicate and confirm my order

They were nice and even helped me when I needed it, it will give me hours of gaming time with my daughter now and far more family time instead of her being bored all the time.

The customer service is impeccable, and they really care and make sure your order and the follow up is on point. They offer discounts on their website. The delivery is also quick. Trustworthy and reliable, get your game on with Thetekko!

Twice I was sent a product that didn’t work, each time a different problem that rendered the device useless. First time I was sent a new one after an arduous and time-consuming process w customer “service” that required some very useless steps, second time I was offered a 30% discount?? As if I would want to buy this again.

Good deals, great communication if the buyer wants more info or not.

Salesman Brayden has the same name as me and made the experience buying the retro handheld way better than it had to! Eager to receive the handheld.

Easy communication. Looking forward to product.

I am always a little hesitant to ourchase things online. However, this was an amazing deal and the customer service is beyond amazing!!! I truly appreciate it an can't wait to see the look on my kids faces when they get these!

Very helpful and responsive confirmations. Tim was great to chat with. Excellent discount codes.

Everything arrived as promised. Been enjoying retro games and love the fact that you can save your progress. Worth every penny to relive those old memories of your childhood. Definitely recommend if you are considering to purchase!

Gianna was wonderful! She explained everything clearly and making sure i was well taken care of!!! Thank you, doll 😊

So many games and the team was quick to help me make the best choice for my kids and it came quickly! The graphic and sound quality are amazing! You will never be bored with this console!

There is a search bar to look up the games that come included. The accessories are reasonably priced. Quick confirmation after purchase. They even followed up by text. It was easy to research the website before making a purchase.

It arrived quicker than expected. It is everything I had hoped for and more. I forgot how many old games I used to play and love. Taking me back to the good ole days.
