I recently traded in a set of Fox Horizon X3 rods for the new X4-S models, and the service from the team was top-notch.
Since I didn’t have rod tubes to post my old gear, they were happy to let me purchase the new rods first so I could use the packaging to send my part-exchange back. It made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free.
On top of the great logistics, they offered a very fair and honest price for my old rods.

First time I have ordered from tackle tavern I purchased avid barrow conversion kit which I have to say is the dogs danglers wicked bit of upgrade kit I made purchase Thursday morning and it arrived Friday morning free of charge Excellent service will definitely be ordering again

I placed an order of three items, two were dispatched and delivered within 3 days, I received a phone call to say third item was out of stock and would give me a refund, i said no just send the item when back in stock.
I have been kept in the loop at all times and my order has now been delivered. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Thank you all once again.

I recently bought a fishing reel from Tackle Tavern for my father, but after receiving it he decided he would prefer a different model. I contacted the shop to explain the situation and the whole process was handled brilliantly from start to finish.

I sent the reel back and they exchanged it with absolutely no issues and no extra postage costs, which was a really nice touch. Throughout the process, Nick stayed in contact with me and was always professional, polite, and very helpful.

This is exactly the level of customer service you hope for when spending over £100. It made the whole experience stress free and showed they genuinely care about their customers. Amazing service all round and I would happily recommend Tackle Tavern to anyone. 5 stars!

Ordered several items from Tackle Tavern and although the website says 'in Stock' the items are either pre-order or out of stock. Very annoying

I bought a pre loved ESP jacket , I made a lower offer on the jacket which was accepted and Nick was extreemly helpful in getting the discounted jacket to the sale point and we had great communication over several days.
The jacket arrived in fantastic condition, well packaged and delivered next day.

Fantastic customer service. Had a fault with a top kit i order last week that wasn't directly there problem,I reached out to the shop they responded to me the same day,Within 3 days there was a replacement top kit at my door,ive purchased a bit of tackle off them and can't fault them for delivery's and customer service.
