great service for a problem i had ,thanks alot

don't but a expensive electric trolley through these guys ordered one for my dad since he started struggling getting to and from the peg to his van and after only 5 months the battery's have gone probably had it sitting in a warehouse a while before selling it so battery's had gone bad and they refuse to do anything about it

Bought an expensive pole for my husband, two sections snapped during a match and the front two went into the lake and were lost. After a lot of emails backwards and forwards I eventually rang up and they arranged a collection for the two sections we still have and that was that, they ignore every email I send. Going to have to go down the chargeback or county court route and would not recommend buying from them

The sevice you get from this company is second to none

Bought a Preston Sestbox which was defective. Photographed the problem. They then abdicated responsibility and passed on to Preston ehobsre just as bad. Quote “He needs part XYZ”
This part has still not arrived after over s week but on examining the box it would have to be virtually dismantled to repair. Given that I am 79 and not and have restricted feeling in my fingers would be impossible

Order arrived and unfortunately the bag was damaged , but this was quickly resolved with a couple emails very happy customer thank you

I recently purchased two diawa black widow rods and I loved the reviews on the diawa black widow reels . But a good reel was going to cost £150 pls each then I found two black widow BR4500A reels on the tackle tavern website Preloved well I took a gamble and I am amazed they look fresh out of the box immaculate arrived within 24hours great service thankyou and I definitely will use this company again.

I emailed the support team at Tackle Tavern regards a failure to a leg on a bed chair on first time use. The leg bolt had pulled through the frame and snapped off, looks to be a failure in the frame. The team was very quick responding to my email and asked for some pictures of the failure, I sent them in a few days later. They spoke to the company of the bed chair along with the failure pictures and managed to liaise and negotiate a replacement, but due to the bedchair now being discontinued they gave the price of the bedchair in a discount code for the full amount. I have since used that to upgrade and purchase a new bed chair.

The Experiance I have had with Tackle Tavern and the support team has been excellent, very helpful and informative and kept me up-to-date with everything.

My Mrs and kids all chipped in for an Avid benchmark ultra x for my Christmas present. After about five uses I noticed that the stitching had started to come apart at the fold on the head end of the mattress. After a few exchanges of emails I was asked to send over a few pictures of the defect. Anyway to cut a long story short, after two weeks from my last email a brand new mattress was sent out to me free of charge. The tackle taverns customer service is second to none. Can highly recommend you this company.

I've used Tackle Tavern for years and can't recommend them highly enough. They're a large tackle retailer with a huge range of stock, but they still manage to provide the kind of personal service you'd normally only expect from a small local shop.
Whenever I've had a query or issue, they've always responded quickly and sorted things out without any fuss. A few years ago, all of my fishing gear was stolen and I had to replace everything. Tackle Tavern very kindly offered me a discount to help me get back on my feet, which they absolutely didn't have to do and was a gesture I'll won't forget.
More recently, I contacted them regarding a broken bivvy pole on a Solar bivvy. Despite it being around a year after the issue first occurred, Nick from customer services was incredibly helpful, replied promptly to my emails, and worked hard to help resolve the situation.
Outstanding customer service, competitive prices, and a company that genuinely looks after its customers. Special thanks to Nick for his help. I'll continue to use Tackle Tavern for all my fishing tackle purchases and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
