Student Energy group is a fantastic way of managing my son's utility bills whilst at University. All of the utility bills were condensed into one monthly for my son to pay. The correspondence with Student Energy was 1st class always confirming that a bill was paid. Excellent prompt service. Will use gain.

The team at student energy group were very helpful in managing our bills and expenses while living on the property. We lived in the same residency for two years and stayed with them the whole time. In particular, we liked the system of paying a flat rate monthly (sent to us via an itemised bill once a month) and then submitting monthly meter readings so that the account could be reconciled. It is balanced automatically when the account is closed, giving you credit for what energy you paid for but didn't use, and at your request the reconciliations can be made periodically during the tenancy also.
Any issues we had with the account were handled by the team member Nathan, who has been incredibly helpful and prompt throughout our tenancy, and whom we knew we could rely on to help us out with whatever issues we were having.
I will be sure to use the student energy group in future rentals, and would definitely recommend them.
