Had an issue with an overpayment, didn’t really want to chase things up, thankfully Clare was really helpful over the phone, raised the ticket immediately and helped process my refund within the hour.... Se mere

Such bad communication! This is marketed at Uni students but I would not recommend! I paid my bills on Monday for this month. I then received an email informing me they were going to charge me again for another whole month in 3 days because they missed a payment??NO warning at all. As a uni student I cannot afford this and did not plan this as part of my budget. SO SO STRESSFUL sent an email on Monday and have not received any help or advice.
