The Sporting Lodge Anmeldelser

I was surprised that, considering the international shipping process and all the customs procedures, the purchase was so easy, clear, and efficient. You have a new satisfied customer.

Awesome, the staff at The Sporting Lodge went out of their way to offer me an excellent deal, managed even to get my order to me before Christmas, despite me ordering at the eleventh hour, packaging was top notch, ordering process & paperwork simple, organised, my purchase, a pair of Fjällraven hunting trousers, is awesome, all in all a really good experience for an excellent price. Am a happy bunny. Many thanks. 🙏

Very poor customer service avoid this company! The returns policy is poor, the website wasnt working so i could not exchange my item and the customer service staff member was very unhelpful and apologetic. You would be better to purchase from another store

Fantastic customer service from Jayne over the last two days. I’m a very happy customer and ‘The Sporting Lodge’ will be my first port of call moving forward. I would definitely recommend to any prospective customer.

Avoid this retailer. They make the returns process incredibly difficult even for faulty items.

They claim items are not faulty when they clearly are and then return the items to you without further discussion. This leaves you with no option but to accept their decision or escalate to the small claims court or ombudsman.

Of the two items we retuned (same item in different colours), they did agree one of the items was faulty, but even then they would only provide a credit note rather than a refund (unlawful).

They also drag the entire return process out as they claim to be going back and forth with the manufacturers. I believe this is just a stalling tactic in the hope you forget about the faulty item.

My advice would be to stick to more reputable sites or better yet go to a bricks and mortar store where it's much easier to return items (if necessary) and get the right outcome.

I'm a thoroughly satisfied customer who will be returning again and again. The quality, service, and overall experience have made me a loyal fan

It was the best price on the internet for the 100% cotton Ralph Lauren hooded that I wanted. Would use this company again, as they’re U.K based, so arrived quickly, no hassle.

Very prompt delivery and accurate product descriptions.

I ordered my wife two pairs of boots, unfortunately neither fitted. Delivery and customer service was impeccable and would throughly recommend

Great service and quick delivery
Many Thanks

Check returns as they wouldn't cover mine

Great discount on my favourite brand……even when the brand doesn’t offer it themselves 🤗👍

As always great range of outdoor and shooting inspired clothing and accessories. Easy and hassle free ordering and packaged nicely with a very speedy delivery time.

I have ordered several times from sporting lodge over the years and always have been impressed with the quality of the goods. I will recommend and continue to give them my business in the future. Also the regular sale and promotions are great!

Keep up the fantastic work guys and Thanks!

Quick shipping, and great customer service

I was after a particular Musto top and after much searching I found it here at a reasonable price.
Very impressed to receive it the following day, well done.

Ordered from Florida in the United States, wasn’t expecting delivery to be so quick

Great experience and parcel arrived at the expected time, would recommend!
