Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service - order not fully fulfilled, stock issue only identified after I sent multiple emails and had to call, poor communication since then, and I still have not been issued a refund 2 weeks later

Excellent Support and Sevice,Glad l gave found this website.
I spoke to Lucy via the chat,l had ordered a jacket, had had my discount code taken off as it was no longer valid and then l signed up for emails follwing my purchase and noticed l had a code.
I mentioned this on the chat and she immediately granted me the further discount which was extremely impressive and displays an extremely high level of customer respect and care....This company is obviously one of intrlegrity.
Before purchasing l verified the brand that l was buying from the site to check authenticity as l have not used this site before and l happy to say it was a positive outcome.
I am making this site my go to site for quality branded items.
Thank you so much lucy fir your efficiency and professionalism, and to The Sporting Lodge for having such a strong and moral buisiness ethic and obviously a great system of training your staff.

Excellent service.
By no fault of their own, my parcel got lost in transit, and the customer service was absolutely outstanding, up there with the very best. They were very quick and polite communicators and had my issue resolved in no time, would recommend them a thousand times over.

Always a pleasant experience doing business with T.S.L. They offer the best-of-the-best, product wise. Very happy with my Purdey coat. Parcels show up at my door shockingly fast, and I’m here in the States. Always carefully packaged and dispatched quickly.
