Went to get my lips done the lady who done them was trying to sell me everything felt very uncomfortable in there as the lady’s children kept walking in and out and it’s very unprofessional so I don’t recommend going here never again I went to another place after that and the man who was going to do my lips was totally shocked as they were all lumpy and wonky!!! All she wants is money all about money aren’t you!!!

I went to the Doctor here for vaser lipo, it was the worst decision I've ever made. I was left with thighs so disfigured its shocking, similar to what you would think a shark attack would look like. When she first saw my legs after op, she looked terrified! She wouldn't fix them and ignored my calls and emails. She is offering me NO compensation, NEGLECTING me. UNPROFESSIONAL. I have been to plenty of surgeons to fix this but they are very doubtful and I have had quotes around £15,000 to try to somewhat make them less disfigured. This has affected me a great deal, as a young woman I cant wear bikinis or take my children swimming. She may be good at hair transplants but she is absolutely devastating at vaser lipo, maybe this is why she doesn't offer it anymore! Its been Heartbreaking. My profile pic is what she did.
Doctors are supposed to value their patients and ACCOUNT for their actions, as my daughter studies medicine. She will be a much better one than you.

Just wanted to say that you to Kevin for being a people’s person, due to get my hair transplant in October so will return, with an update I have gone with LHT due to the reviews and also how we’ll know they are, cannot wait for a new me ;)

Let me start off by saying a huge thank you to the surgeon and the team at the Liverpool hair transplant clinic.

I first wen’t to the clinic in 2017 for a face to face meeting with the hair transplant surgeon and not a sales rep like most other companies. I was super skeptical on the procedure as a whole and didn’t know much about it. Once i did i was super excited to go on this journey. I had been balding very badly since i was 18. You can imagine my self image and mental health was at an all time low. However, once i booked the procedure i knew this was the right step forward. Im 3 years in now and you will never believe i was balding as bad as i was because i have a hairline that people always comment on as being very young and fits my face frame well. I have had an unbelievable response from family and friends. I can now wear my hair in all sorts of ways. Truly bought my self confidence back. Self care is so important.

The team provided a quality service from my consultation through to my procedure and aftercare. The procedure was pain free and comfortable with amazing results 11 months later.

Without doubt the most professional set-up there is. I was looked after from start to finish. As much as the procedure is important so is the after-care you receive. Therefore going abroad was never an option, I would always recommend staying home for such an important procedure. I’m 6.5 months post-op.

The entire team is very friendly, professional, and most importantly knowledgeable. This made me comfortable as I knew I was in the hands of people who knew what they were doing.

The surgery was painless, quick (it was a 1 day job for the entire top of my head!), and the aftercare is on point. You don’t get any of that by going to cheap clinics abroad. I must’ve been in 3/4 times for regular check ups since the surgery and they really go the extra mile to ensure the procedure went as perfectly as possible.

6 months in, I have a perfect hairline and the top of my head is filled out. If you’re hesitant, take me word for it and book a consultation, you won’t regret it.

very good staff. it all started when me and my good pals gavin and paddy were out camping and one of the pulled a prank on me haha good guys. my new aquascutum cap was there and big old gav decided to put some super glue in my cap. went bald. came down here got my pubes transplanted onto my dome. beautiful hair. great service thanks again guys will be back x

Absolutely Fantastic Result!

I had a hair transplant at the Liverpool Skin & Hair Centre in April 2019.
I had been to clinics throughout the North West UK for consultations and I was often left feeling bemused by the medical jargon, shocked at the sky high prices & there seemed to be no consistency on what was required with every clinic giving me conflicting information.

However, The Liverpool Skin & Hair Centre was totally different. Their expert surgeon, asked me what I wanted to achieve and worked with me to tailor the design and package that would suit my face, and ensured the look that I wanted for a budget that I could afford.

Based at the immaculate surgery in Liverpool, the two day procedure was stress free, and flew by as we stopped for lunch (which was provided) before resuming the procedure in the afternoon.

All in all, the procedure was superb! Attentive staff, who couldn’t be more empathetic and helpful to ensure that I had the best possible hair transplant experience.

After the procedure, I went back for return visits as part of the after care package so the hair transplant surgeon could check that all of the grafts had stayed in place and that all was in order.

From the initial consultation, to the procedure, and right through to the after care, the service I received was fantastic.

The best part however, is the result! The grafts are tightly compacted so I have a natural looking, thick head of hair that Iooks brilliant.

It’s regularly commented on how good it looks & I couldn’t be happier.

I received a fantastic service, by attentive staff & an expert surgeon leaving me with a result that surpassed my expectations and that I am proud of.
