I was very hesitant about having a hair transplant and delayed even making an appointment with anyone to talk about it. However, once I decided to do something about it, I did some research into hair transplant clinics and came across LHTC, of which all the reviews were positive, so I decided to make an appointment for consultation at the Rose Lane clinic. I was taken through the procedure very clearly and told what to expect by Dr Joy who was brilliant. I bit the bullet and signed up for a 2 day procedure. All the staff were brilliant and very caring and talked me through everything on each day. The after care has also been a great experience together with follow up appointments to see how transplant is coming on, which I am very pleased with. I can’t thank Dr Joy and all of her staff enough as they have given me back my confidence as it was a depressing sight looking in the mirror, but not anymore. Thank you to LHTC for all you help and professionalism and expertise.

Firstly I’d like to start by thanking every one of the staff. Starting with the cleaner and her lovely husband, the welcoming receptionist, Vinny, Joy and Bernie. Every one of them make the perfect most professional team. What a genuine lovely team.
So first I was early so the lovely chatty cleaner let me come in and sit down whilst the receptionist arrived. On arrival of the secretary she offered me a drink whilst Vinny one of the doctors explained the full procedure. On entering the very clean surgery room, I was nervous due to the amount of people that said the local anaesthetic injections are horrendous, well I’ll like to put this stigma to bed, Vinny did not hurt in any way, he has a way of doing this so you don’t actually feel anything. Then he started with the extractions, this took about 2 hours and again not one bit of pain, Soon as Vinny finished they had bought me dinner. And then I met the lovely surgeon Joy, s total professional with years of experience. Joy’s job was to make the incisions before Vinny and the lovely Bernie started to insert my doners into the relevant places. So all in all it took around 6 1/2 hours, tablets was given at the start, that completely relax you, and I even fell asleep on a few occasions.
I cannot thank the team enough, I’m going back again tomorrow so they can change my bandages, and again in 2 weeks whilst they do something with the scabbing etc. you are also covered for 18 months, these little extras put your mind at rest and you don’t get this in Turkey.
Would highly recommend, and once again there is no pain involved, it is just a myth ❤️

I visited several hair transplant clinics as it was so important for me to get the right place. I booked my consultation which I have to say put my mind to rest with answers to any questions I had, apologies as I cannot remember the gentleman’s name but he was very knowledgeable and told me the history of Dr Joy who would be carrying out the procedure. I had my transplant on the 23rd Feb 2026, any concerns of pain where unfounded, a little discomfort at first then actually quite relaxing to lie there, no work, no noise 😊
The aftercare I have received since has been fantastic, I opted for the plasma treatment and so far have had three rounds, LHTC always available at the end of a phone, by email or even Wat sap. already I am seeing very slight growth, I’m extremely excited for the next 6/9months. If your thinking of a transplant go and see the team at LHTC, I highly recommend them, thanks again to Joy and her team.

The surgical team were outstanding. Professional, skilled, and experienced, they walked me through every step with confidence and care, making the whole process feel completely straightforward.
Two weeks on and I’m already amazed by the results. They’ve surpassed what I hoped for at this early stage, and knowing the best is still to come makes it even more exciting. Also the after care is fantastic, always on hand if you have any questions.

I was incredibly nervous leading up to my hair transplant as it was my first. I have thought about getting one for around 4 years but finally took the plunge to go for it. I can honestly say I didn’t feel anything during the transplant other than around 20 seconds after the anaesthetic injections. The whole transplant went as smoothly as I could have hoped for. I am just over two weeks into my recovery now and long journey to hopefully as much better head of hair. Sleeping was the hardest part of the whole thing as I struggled sleeping upright. I have to say LHTC were great and I couldn’t fault any of the staff involved in my transplant.

I spent about two years deciding whether to go ahead with the procedure, as I was quite hesitant at first. However from the moment I started speaking with the team, they were patient, informative, and never pushy, which really helped me feel comfortable and confident in my decision.

The procedure itself was painful at times, but that was expected and clearly explained beforehand. The first couple of weeks after were also a bit uncomfortable, but manageable with proper aftercare.

Now, four months in, I’m already seeing noticeable regrowth and a clear improvement in how my hair looks. It’s still early days, but the progress so far has been really encouraging, and I’m glad I went through with it.

I’m currently 2 weeks post hair transplant and wanted to leave an honest review of my experience so far.

From start to finish, the whole process has been really professional. The consultation was clear and informative, and the clinic made sure I understood everything before going ahead. On the day of the procedure, the team were reassuring and talked me through each step, which helped a lot with any nerves.

The procedure itself was long, but not painful – just a bit uncomfortable at times as expected. The staff were great throughout and made sure I was comfortable.

Recovery-wise, the first few days were the toughest with swelling and sleeping upright, but nothing unexpected. By around day 10–14, most of the scabs had come off and things are starting to look much cleaner. There is still some redness, but that’s normal at this stage.

The aftercare support has been solid – any questions I’ve had, they’ve been quick to respond and give reassurance.

It’s obviously still early days and I know the shedding phase is coming next, but so far I’m really happy with how everything has gone and how natural the hairline looks.

Looking forward to seeing the full results over the next few months. Would definitely recommend the clinic based on my experience so far.

Unfortunately I’m terrible with name's so i can’t single out anyone for special praise. Which is just as well because all the staff at LHTC were wonderful. All were very professional, friendly and helpful.
I had the FUE procedure which, albeit uncomfortable, went very well. So I’m looking forward to see the results in the ensuing months.

My experience with the clinic and Dr Kumari has truly let me go outside and live life once more, after years feeling as though I wouldn't.

Some years ago I travelled down to London for a private surgery, spending a large amount on facial alterations and hairline lowering. The latter went wrong, and for years after the company failed to solve the wounds left, or give adequate understanding to the impact having such visible loss of hair had upon my life.

I looked into many other places for help, both privately and through NHS waiting lists, and couldn't find any assistance. Nobody could offer what I needed or any real solutions.

It was only when my family heard, through a friend of a friend, about the Liverpool Hair Transplant Clinic that there was any hope.
