I was dubious given the amount of options out there. Turkey, flying after Post operation. Had allot of freinds hitting issues, swelling, dolls hair effect. I personally felt the consultation compared to allot of others was honest, more personable, honest. I chose the company because of this and, I have to say the transplant and service by the lovely people that treated me on the day has exceeded every expectation. I know allot of chaps that have undergone hair transplants and I am inundated with comments how natural it looks. They said as I walked out the door I would have a hair line to envy. Thank you and your team delivered. Always will recommend this place. Forget Turkey, shiny tiled UK liver building rush on places. 1 year on from my surgery, I can honestly say I’m absolutely delighted with the results. I had 3,000 grafts, mainly focused on my hairline and the top, and the transformation has exceeded my expectations.

From the very first consultation, the entire experience was outstanding. Everything was handled with professionalism, expertise, and genuine care. Dr. Kumari and the team took the time to explain every detail, offering plenty of advice and reassurance, which made me feel completely confident moving forward.

On the day of the procedure, everything ran like clockwork. The process was smooth, efficient, and far more comfortable than I had anticipated. Dr. Kumari was exceptional throughout—calm, precise, and clearly very experienced—and her team were equally supportive and attentive.

What really stood out to me was the aftercare. Over the past year, Dr. Kumari and the team have been fantastic—always responsive to any questions I’ve had and keen to see regular updates on my progress. That ongoing support made a huge difference and really shows their commitment to their patients.

I also had a few PRP sessions, which were quick, straightforward, and complemented the overall results really well.

All in all, this has been a genuine 5-star experience from start to finish, with results I’m incredibly pleased with. I would highly recommend Liverpool Hair Transplant Clinic and Dr. Kumari to anyone considering the procedure.

All the staff from the front of house to the surgeons assistant are very welcoming and professional. Dr Joy the surgeon is a lovely lady who cares greatly for her patients and you can tell she wants to achieve the very best results. One of the assistants was off sick so the team stayed late until 7:30pm in order to finish my procedure. Unfortunately I had an accident and hit my head ripping out new implants on crown getting out the car and Dr Joy fitted me in the next day to rectify the issue. I can't thank them enough for this.
It's only day 4 but my new hairline outline looks great so far and I look forward to seeing it progress over the next few weeks.

I had follow up appointment just over two weeks after procedure reviews above and second GFC procedure. Dr Joy took time out to spend time with me and give me further tips on aftercare and provided reassurance.
My new hair is sprouting through nicely so all is going well.
I don't normally provide reviews but this is such an important procedure for people and I really want to emphasise how fabulous this clinic is!

The results are good , however the after care is really poor, when you have the operation on day 1 you go back to have the bandages removed on day 2 then you don't hear a thing from them, I am 20months post op now and whilst I am pleased with the results they have shown no interest in reaching out to check my progress. I am coming up to 12 months post hair transplant and I can't thank Joy, Vinny and Bernie enough for the the results I have now and the overall experience.

The procedure itself was smooth and pain-free. It was a long day but the friendliness and hospitality really helped.

Not to mention, I bumped my head getting out the car after getting home following the surgery and they had me back the very next day to repair the bump at no extra cost. All in all I'd lost about 150-200 grafts and it put right the very next day so service, duty of care and kindness was second to none and couldn't have thanked them enough.

I would highly, highly urge anyone to have a chat with Dr Joy. It's really transformed my life.

I had my hair transplant here 12 months ago now and am extremely happy with the results. Hairline has now fully grown through and looks like the rest of my head of hair already.

From start to finish i was welcomed in made to feel relaxed and comfortable.

I completed my treatment over a two day period, and i was assured that everything would be fine, and I would get great results. I followed the aftercare treatment to a tee, and I finally gained the results I was really pleased with.

All I can really say is thank you so much! For years and years I was conscious about my hair line, I watched as my hair was thinning and I wasn't sure what else to do as nothing else worked. I'm in my mid-30's now and I looked into hair transplants. I saw the incredible reviews this place had already and went for it! I'm so glad I did!

I got my appointment on 7th August before the appointment they explained everything to me very clearly, gave me the opportunity to ask questions before, during and after the transplant. The procedure went very smoothly all staff there made me feel very relaxed throughout the entire process. As someone who was very nervous and never had anything more significant than a filling on my tooth before they did everything possible to make me feel relaxed!

Even after the procedure they were always available to support, just a WhatsApp message away, even on weekends they responded, which I greatly appreciate as I know its important to have time away from work as well, but they still made time for me.

I'm less than four months post procedure and my hair is looking so much better. Hairline looking sharp, Mid-Top looking dense and Crown getting there as well.

This for me is life changing; after a long decade experiencing my hair thin out and recede I'm finally feeling my confidence come back.

And I'm less than 4 months, I know there's more to come more growth more density but I can already see an massive difference in my hair.

I had a hair transplant at LHTC two weeks ago and I can honestly say that their attention to details and ability to make me feel at ease from my first consultation to now has been top class.I researched thoroughly various practices prior to my transplant and felt most comfortable with LHTC, so I decided to take the plunge!The procedure itself is relatively pain free, the only pain I felt was during the initial numbing injections, but it really isn’t anything that should put you off having a transplant.On the day itself I was made to feel at ease from the start, all staff being very empathetic to my nervousness.Ziara has always been very attentive and at the end of the phone when I’ve had any post op questions.Thanks very much to all staff and I’m looking fwd to my results which I’m sure will match the very professional care that I’ve had so far.

Absolutely brilliant had my hair transplant over one week ago now , was really nervous about where to go as I had a few consultations in Manchester which was cheaper but I then found this place on instagram and there before and after pictures Abit to early to tell you my outcome but I’m 100% confident all be happy from arriving there on the day everything was professional and for the pain situation everything was okay I didn’t feel a thing after my injections

If you are looking for a hair transplant, I would highly reccomend the skin and hair clinic in Liverpool. From the first consultation to the aftercare all of the staff are very attentive, informative and caring. The price was brilliant and also included 1 free session of PRP after the transplant to help boost healing and growth. I am 2 weeks post transplant so nowhere near my final results but am already over the moon with the progress so far.

The consultation was very detailed and Dr. Joy told me a precise timeline of how recovery and regrowth would go. 3-4 months on from my transplant and it has gone exactly how was described, including scanning and shedding. My hair has now began to really fill in where areas were pretty much bald. I am excited to see growth over the next few months - thank you!

Called me 2 days before after id taken 2 weeks off for recovery to tell me she booked someone else in on the day of my appointment and had to move my appointment Continued to stab holes into my head after being told the anaesthetic wasn't effective told me I was wrong and continued glad I had somebody with me who was able to stop her . Suffered a severe allergic reaction she denied was an allergic reaction -ended up in hospital it's been a year the hairline isn't straight I mentioned that on the day but she said I was wrong all hair is sticking straight up like a doll even at 3-4 inches long and is really happy now I have to keep the front of my hair long cause it looks insane if I have it at a shaved length give me diazepam along with the initial antibiotics without telling me she had given me a diazepam then had me sign the forms and made a point of telling me not put the date on them .
