To begin with I’m going to say I highly recommend the Liverpool hair transplant clinic and its very rare I write reviews ,
I began to reseed my hair a few years ago which at the time wasn’t too bad but I knew would only get worse as the years go by so I began to do research into hair transplant procedure which to begin with was quite over Whelming when I saw some of the images online and read some of the reviews and reports and then I saw the amount of people in the uk and overseas who offered this service but then I came across Dr Kumari in Liverpool so I did some extensive research into the name which in honesty made good reading so I then had to make a decision if I’m going to go through with this do I stick to the uk or go overseas ?
The answer to that question was very simple if I’m going to do this I’m going to stay in the uk because if anything goes wrong or I’m not happy I can easily go back to where I had the treatment done so I made an appointment to visit Joy at the hair clinic in Liverpool so she could have a look at my hair and talk me through the procedure .
When walking in to the clinic I wanted to see the premises and the equipment being used and the hygiene standard as in my job these are things I will immediately look for and straight away I was very impressed as I was given a full tour and shown the equipment being used and then it was explained to me in detail along with sterilisation and hygiene procedures which would take place in the practice.
I then sat with Joy who clearly explained how the procedure would take place and what she recommended would be best for my hair telling me in detail how the hair follicles will be divided between single and double follicles and where they would be placed to get the best results.
Just after my consultation the UK went into national lock down so everything got put onto hold which was unfortunate but the clinic kindly kept in contact until restrictions were eased and it was safe to perform practice again so below is how things worked out -

At the end of October last year 2021 I went into the clinic for my procedure of 6000 grafts and I decided to have this procedure done in one day as I didn’t want it to drag out over two so I went in there at 7am and then walked out of there at 8pm but throughout the whole day I felt comfortable well looked after by the whole team and spoken to and explained clearly throughout the day what was going on and the best thing was I didn’t even encounter much pain at all which surprised me.
I went home that night with some medication swabs and cleaning kits which were clearly explained to me and followed the instructions.
This is the best bit - after three months I was called back to the clinic for a review and aftercare and I’m behind honest now wow in such a short time and I’m only 30% into the regrowth the results are clearly showing very good progress , I even have a scare on my head from an operation which now has hair follicles so I couldn’t have asked for a better result and I can’t wait for to see the results in 6 moth and 9 months so for all wondering am I going to do it and where should I go I strongly recommended Dr Kumari hair clinic this company gets a well deserved five stars from me.

I can't recommend the team at the Liverpool Skin and Hair Clinic enough. Firstly, I researched basically everything to do with this procedure and all clinics within the UK. At this clinic, in particular, I was blown away by the number of testimonials on their social media (Instagram) and the results of each client was fantastic.

I first reached out to Joy and the team at the start of the year and had my procedure done in June and I'm now writing up this review 6 months in and the results are more than I ever imagined. The hairline, the thickness and the confidence is all back. I'm only a quarter into achieving the maximum results and I'm already a new person. For those deciding if it's worth getting it done and reading this review, yes! It really is and Joy and her team make that decision so much easier for you once you meet them!

The Team
Very professional, knowledge but most importantly hospitable. It's an overwhelming decision to make and the team just put you at ease and explain each part of the process in great detail and make you feel completely comfortable. I found my 2-day operation actually enjoyable as it was that easy to talk to the team through the procedure, making you feel like it went super quick.

The Procedure
The procedure was actually painless as the team constantly asks if you're okay, and will make sure that you have what you need or offer a break if needed.

Aftercare
The aftercare booklet and routine checkups are an added bonus. They are always available to talk to and answer your concerns. The accounts Manager Zeeshan is outstanding for this and he will look after all your needs.

Last year I took the decision to go for a hair transplant. My hairline was receding and it was something that started to bother me, particularly when a few people had made comments about it.

If your anything like me I researched many different providers, spent months looking at their Instagram and Facebook pages. I would read lots of stories about people or celebs who have had the procedure done. I also had some concerns on the cost of procedure, what results I would get, what the aftercare would be like and what happens if something goes wrong.

A few providers I had reached out gave me immediate red flags when I was met with pushy sales staff. Some had nurses performing the procedure or had it spread across two days. Some also work with clinics abroad, however I much preferred the security of having the procedure done in a UK regulated clinic.

I came across LHTC and was quickly booked in for a consultation with Dr Joy. It was comforting having a consultation with the Dr who would be doing the procedure. Dr Joy was very transparent with me about my current hair loss and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Even when I had follow up questions after the initial consultation the team at LHTC where always very helpful and I never felt I was being rushed into booking anything.

Leading up to the day of the procedure I was frequently updated by the clinic manager and communication was great. The procedure itself was painless, its a full day and the team are dedicated to you and you can take frequent breaks if you need them. The team where very reassuring throughout, asking me if I needed any additional pain relief and making sure I was completely comfortable.

The post procedure care was amazing, I had frequent communication on WhatsApp and visited the clinic two weeks after for a check up and scab removal. Your given easy to follow post procedure care package which includes all your medication.

Today I had my 6 month check up today with Dr Joy and the team. I can honestly say the results so far have been beyond my expectations, my hairline looks very natural and the density is in line with the rest of my hair. I have a new found confidence and am really excited to see what the next 6 months bring.

If your hesitant like I was, just book a consultation and ask all the questions you need to ask. Your under no obligation to go ahead with it. I highly recommend Dr Joy and the team not only because they are a UK regulated clinic, they are very professional and experts in what they do. This is a clinic that values its reputation and will make sure you get the best results possible.

Best advice I can give is do your research, ask lots of questions and if you do go for the procedure make sure to follow all aftercare advice!

After many many months of research and a few consultations around the North West area, I finally chose Dr Kumari.

One of the massive draws for me was that I actually met with Dr Kumari at the initial consultation. This is something that I had not experienced with any of the other clinics in the area (all of which had high media coverage) as I had met with sales staff.

After some reassuring discussions with Dr Kumari, I moved ahead with the surgery.

I had an extensive surgery spanning over two days due to the number of grafts I needed. I’m now 7 months on and can absolutely say that it’s the best decision I have ever made.

My confidence, self-esteem and general happiness have all shot through the roof, and even commented on by friends and family that I haven’t since before the surgery.

Suffering hair loss is something that some men just deal with shave their heads and forget about it but for some like me it becomes a big issue that only gets worse over time, I started noticing my hair loss around 8 years ago and I’ve struggled to deal with it ever since I was going to write a long story explaining my issues and how it made me feel, etc but I’m guessing if your reading this then you already know!

I looked into LHTC after speaking to my Barber and couldn’t believe the results in some of the pictures online, I initially spoke to Dr. Kumair over the phone then I had a face-to-face meeting and booked my transplant. Dr. Kumair and her team were great from the start they made me feel very welcome calm and reassured about what was involved in the procedure. A couple of things about LHTC that made them stand out for me were firstly on the day of my procedure I would be the only person in the clinic and I felt that made it very personal and secondly, the procedures you see in pictures online are all done by Dr. Jyotsna Kumair she is the only surgeon in that clinic so you know you are getting what is being advertised!

The procedure was painless apart from the numbing injections but I suppose that’s to be expected, I slept for most of it and felt very relaxed the whole time, my surgery was around 9 hours with a lunch break, Joy Ally and the team were amazing, Zeeshan was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions very quickly over text and in person before and after my surgery.

Now nearly 6 months on and I couldn’t be happier with my results, to be honest for this stage of the process they are far better than I expected! Having the transplant has honestly changed my life, I’m only halfway through the process and I already feel much more confident it is easily the best decision I’ve ever made if hair loss is something you suffer with and you are thinking of going for a transplant id say go for it and LHTC is definitely the place to.

Hi, I got my surgery done here about 6 months ago and since the second I walked through their door for the first time at the consultation they all made me feel so welcomed. The results have been fantastic !!! I am only half way through it as well, like I said it’s only been 6 months and the results are already amazing and I’m only half way through the process. After months of researching where would be the best place to go for the best result I came across Joy, straight away I knew I wanted her to do the procedure! After speaking over the phone a number of times I booked myself in and it’s honestly the best thing I have ever done!

I had a 6000 graft transplant in August 2020. Joy and Ally were great, it took 2 full days but the time flew by. They even quickly sorted me out when I accidentally knocked some grafts out at home! The procedure was pain free and the hardest part is the wait for results. I'm at 5 and a half months now and there's been a huge difference! I'm not halfway there yet and am very happy with the progress. I'm looking forward to the next few months of further growth and added density. I fully recommend them!

Four years ago I was 19 years old and I had a full and thick head of hair. However over those years my hair thinned out so much that by the age of 23 I had almost lost my hair line and what was left was incredibly thin and transparent. On the day of the procedure the surgeon and her staff did an amazing job not only on the procedure but in looking after me and making sure I was comfortable and safe. They were just as great in the aftercare as they were on the surgery in making sure I had the medication needed and that my scalp was healing and the grafts were in place. 3 months on the results are coming through faster than expected, the hair line has been completely restored and after another year I'm confident I will have the full head of hair I used to have.

I was 21 when I had my hair transplant. From the first time I made contact with the clinic, I was taken care of, reassured of the plan going forwards and explained all the angles of the procedure with full detail and professionalism. The day of the surgery I arrived at 9am, I had no concerns with anything, the whole team made me feel at ease with everything. It didn't even seem like surgery, more like a day out. I was provided food and drinks in-between episodes of the procedures they were carrying out and it was relaxing to chat to the team about all things life whilst I was having the surgery. I left the clinic 9.15pm that day, was provided all my required pills and instructed clearly on the programme I would have to follow for the next 2 weeks. I have been regularly going back to the clinic for check ups and have more check ups planned in the future. This clinic really does care about your wellbeing and will not forget about you unlike other clinics etc... In a nutshell regarding the hair transplant and results so far at the 6 months mark....recovery is temporary, confidence is forever!

I decided to go and visit the clinic after seeing my hair recede at an early age. At the time of surgery I was 22 years old and unsure whether I was getting the surgery done too early. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! The woman surgeon was amazing and I found all the staff really helpful! Didn’t expect my results to be as good as they were!

I always thought my hair was fine until one day someone in work pointed out that I was thinning at the back of my head and that my hairline was receding. As anyone would do I asked my parents when I got home if they’d noticed this but they said it was okay (although now they do admit that it was thinning and receding but didn’t want to say at the time because I was becoming very paranoid about it). From then on my routine with my hair would take a long time, sometimes taking 20-30 minutes as I would desperately comb and spray repeatedly to try and cover up thin and receded areas. This would put me in a bad mood before I’d even left the house because I just knew I’d be self conscious all day and hope no one would notice or say anything about my hair. For anyone who’s experiencing hair loss at a young age (I’m 24 but have been experiencing this for years) or any age you know the phrases I’m talking about, ‘going baldy already’ ‘looking thin up top’ ‘one gust of wind will blow that off’ and countless others, sometimes said as a joke but nevertheless it still hurts. I’ve never had much confidence and when I realised my hair was thinning and receding it made me feel even worse, I’d go out with my friends and compare my hair to theirs and even worse I’d constantly be looking at other people’s hair thinking ‘I wish my hair was like that.’ It wasn’t good at all and I’d also be worried about my hair and that’s without considering the bad weather (I carried a brolly round for ages because I’d fear a hood would mess my hair up and expose the thin areas) so basically to summarise everyday I’d be thinking about my hair and worrying, styling my hair seemed more like a task than something you do to make yourself feel better and look more presentable. My parents then suggested a hair transplant and I, like many others I’m sure, have heard good stories as well as bad stories. However once I’d had a look at the clinic’s Instagram page and seen the pictures and results I felt really optimistic because they were so good, if I’d seen any of the clients walking down the street I wouldn’t be able to tell they’d had a hair transplant. So I booked a consultation and I was so impressed with the service provided, everyone in the clinic was so helpful and reassuring, as I was waiting I’d even spoken to a client who recently had their procedure and they said the clinic is the best place to go to. My hair transplant was over two days as I basically needed the top of my head saving and it couldn’t have went any smoother. I think the majority of people think they’ll be awake for a lot of the duration but in my case and like others you fall asleep quite quickly and then wake up to find out 5/6 hours have passed which is good! Overall I’m so happy with my results, I had my surgery in February and it’s nearly been 9 months but I’d be happy with the way it is now, so knowing that I’ve still got a few more months for it to grow and become thicker is fantastic. I can’t thank everyone at the clinic enough, I feel confident again and don’t have to worry what my hair looks like, sounds sad but when it’s been raining it’s actually been nice to put my hood up and not have to worry about what my hair will look like afterwards (the brolly has also been binned as well, thank god!). I’d say to anyone who’s considering a hair transplant to go for it or at least book a consultation as the surgeon at the clinic is fantastic and can answer any questions or queries you have, I think everyone sees the pictures after the surgery and instantly thinks ‘Swerve that!’ But it’s honestly painless as the donor area and the receiving area are both numbed so you don’t feel a thing. I know for many people it may seem scary but the main factor for me was thinking ‘Once I have this done I’ll feel so much better about myself.’ And I do!

I was loosing hair and I have spent a lot of money in different clinics across the UK but nothing has changed until I found myself in Liverpool hair transplant clinic and they changed my life , I gained self confident again . They did great job and just 4 months after the hair transplant my hair looks amazing and very natural. You don’t need to travel abroad to Turkey or anywhere else in the world whilst we have such amazing clinic here in Liverpool .
I have tried many treatments like Hair laser regrowth at Este Medical group in Birmingham and cost me more than 2k but didn’t work.
My best advise to you all trust Liverpool hair transplant clinic I assure you’ll be far happy .
