The quality of the product is top notch. It’s worth every penny. I know the Hooligan pants will last a long time. Shipping was delayed, but communication was great. Once it shipped I received it in about ac week.

Way too long of a wait and changing shipping time on website is acceptable. Customer service responses are late and quite honestly very threatening instead of reassuring. I was told , if I didn’t like it and would I go ahead and cancel so other customers who want it can get it. That is a very unprofessional response to a customer who’s only wanting to know when exactly my order is going to ship out.

We’re sorry that you were unhappy with your experience, but we would like to clarify the circumstances.
We responded to your initial email the following day and provided a detailed update on the production timeline. At the time, your jeans were already in the final stage of production, and we explained that once production was completed, the items would be sent to us before dispatch. We also reiterated the estimated dispatch dates that were provided on the website at the time of purchase.
We understand that you were hoping to receive the jeans in time for your concert, and we completely appreciate that this was important to you. However, this particular design is a pre-order and one of our more complex pieces to produce, which is why a longer production timeline was clearly communicated before purchase.
When you explained that the wait would be too long for your concert plans, we offered to cancel and refund your order as a gesture of goodwill, despite our usual policy that pre-orders are non-refundable. This was not a threat, nor was it intended to pressure you into anything. It was simply an option we offered because we understood that the original timeline no longer suited your plans. As you ultimately confirmed in your reply, you chose to keep the order and asked us to send it according to the expected timeline.
We are therefore disappointed to see this interaction described as a threat or as a failure to communicate, particularly when we responded promptly, explained the production process and offered an additional solution when the timeline no longer worked for you.
Our pieces are produced in limited quantities and are designed to be enjoyed beyond a single concert or event. We put considerable time and care into producing them, and we hope our customers will continue to love and wear them long after the shows are over.
We’re always happy to communicate with our customers and find reasonable solutions where possible, but we also believe it is important to provide the full context when an experience is publicly reviewed.
We still hope you like the piece you received 🫶🏻

All the designs are pretty and original, I love the fact that she’s an army too and do gorgeous clothes for us. She’s super kind and reply pretty quickly when you send a mail to know how your order is going. She always use good materials and it’s good quality products.

Very good product! Service Needs Improvement
Very good product!! Just upsetting that I had to wait so long for my orders, I had been buying from them for awhile and was disappointed when they went MIA for a few years not acknowledging unfulfilled orders. I will likely keep buying because I do truly
like their designs and hope their service improves.

Loving this brand since day 1 (but the custom taxes (and shipping (just a little)) hurt)...
I really love this brand ever since it started (I think in 2019/20). The fabric is great and feels really comfortable. I ordered multiple times already and never had any trouble. When I accidentally ordered the wrong item I contacted the service and everything worked out without problems. The only thing that I don't like is the shipping and custom taxes (shipping to germany). In my experience it's like 39 % of the whole price which I think it's a lot (74 % of it are the custom taxes). So the problem is more likely the custom taxes you pay when it arrives. I sadly think they can't change this, so my card just has to bleed a bit more I guess. But really my experience with them was great after all.

Ordered from this shop 31st March, 2026. Paid nearly €132. Goods were never delivered. Sent two emails, no communication received. Stay clear, it's obviously a scam!

Amazing quality for the price, amazing customer service
I had to wait a week but had emailed to ask if there was an issue with my order and she got back to me fast! She let me know she was sick and immediately sent my order to get shipped so I would have it sooner and not have to wait! It's 100% cotton so it's super soft and has a little weight which is nice! The hood is large and great because most hoods are really small and look weird. I've washed it several times and it stays soft and the embroidery stays on perfectly too! I'm in love with this jacket tbh and definitely plan on buying everything I can from the Svnth Arkive! 💜
