I loved Gemma's attention to detail with little things like the roller ball essential oils and small gift. She really talks you through how the experience works, too. The sound bath itself was not just aural but very much experiential, you can feel the sound. I loved it, I'd definitely go again.
A really lovely, relaxing experience. The gong sounds help you completely switch off, and Gemma’s calm, soothing voice makes it even easier to unwind. Left feeling refreshed – would definitely go again 😊
Good mix of sounds including gong and singing/Tibetan bowls plus Gemma is lovely.
This all makes for a relaxing, rejuvenating experience.

Gemma is FABULOUS! I work with Gemma to host yoga and sound healing events and she brings such a wonderful energy to the evenings. The power of the sound and vibrations sit with me for days afterwards and I know my clients can't wait for our collaborations. She's the best.

I have been attending Gemma’s Gongbaths for about 7 years. She is always welcoming and creates such a nurturing and safe environment and she always explains things fully to newcomers and checks on everyone at the end. As someone who suffers from PTSD and anxiety this is a really helpful environment for rest and relaxation

Gemma's gong baths are absolutely wonderful. She is always so welcoming, warm and calm, making you feel relaxed and at ease. The actual sound bath is deeply relaxing and provides the perfect escape. I always leave feeling de-stressed and refreshed. I only wish I could go more often! Highly recommend.

Such a wonderful sound bath event. I’ve been to a few and this is by far the best. Gemma is a great guide and creates a calming and de-stressing experience. A really relaxing environment and long enough for the sound waves to really help you unwind.
I absolutely love the sound waves of all the gongs, singing bowls etc and I really feel like it recalibrates my whole body. 100% recommend and I guarantee you’ll get the best night’s sleep afterwards.

Absolutely LOVE Gemma’s gong baths. The whole experience is amazing. You are guided on a spiritual journey of relaxation. Total bliss. I’ve been to many sessions but my favourites are the longer ones. I was even given a little crystal!

Gemma gives a very warm welcome to her sound baths.
I lead a busy life, therefore to enter a calm atmosphere, is so positive.
I found it very difficult at first to relax, however after a few sessions I can now switch off and be transported to a peaceful place.
I enjoy an hour or 2 of relaxation without interruption.
I highly recommend it.
