The only surveyor you will ever need
Aaron from the Real Estate Group was the consumate professional and the epitome of brilliant customer service. Thorough, uncompromising, personal, the best response times I've ever experienced, he reassured and advised me every step of the way and all at an excellent price point. Fast, friendly and professional
Aaron has conducted two Level 2 Homebuyer Surveys for us in the last year and we’ve been impressed with his level of service. He is friendly and prompt, booking in the surveys very soon after instruction. After each survey he calls up to relay his initial findings which we found really helpful. He delivers the very thorough survey report very quickly and is on hand should we have any questions. Definitely recommend!

Quality service!
I logged my interest in Aaron’s services and was contacted within 24hrs. Aaron was professional throughout and worked within the time frame he’d initially mentioned. It was my first time doing a RICS2 survey and Aaron walked me through everything and gave me clarity on what to expect. The level of detail given in the report was extremely good! Even my mortgage broker said he’d done a very good job!

Excellent and very helpful.
Was recommended Aaron by mortgage broker, he explained the process and what was to be expected of the report, provided a quote same day.
Organised access to property with estate agent, once property was inspected he gave a run down of the main points by phone straight afterwards, which was very helpful for me as a first time buyer.
The report was detailed and sent shortly afterwards.

Efficient and detailed
We were recommended to the Real Estate Group by friends who had used them a few months previous for their house move. The initial conversation to figure out what service we would require was informative, and from then on the process was extremely efficient and we could tell we was in the hands of an expert in their field. Every communication we had with them was professional and they met our needs thoroughly. The report that was produced was extremely detailed and explained simply. We can not recommend them highly enough and would not hesitate to use them again in the future should we need to.

Quick and competitively priced
Aaron gave us a quote within a few hours of emailing him. Allowed us to wait until our mortgage offer was secured before proceeding (as we had had some difficulties with this). Once instructed he was at the house we are buying within less than a week, called us that afternoon to go through everything and sent the document less than 24 hours later. He was easy to work with and liaised with our estate agent / seller to gain access making the process much easier for us. Compared to other quotes we received Aaron was competitive.
