Aaron was superb from the start to finish. The report was very comprehensive, easy to read and categorised brilliantly. Lot of photos demonstrating a thorough survey was conducted and areas of concern.

He called me after the survey and spent a lot of time going through his finding and reassuring me of the concerns found and corrective measures.

I'd highly recommend Aaron if you need a survey conducting.

I met with Aaron beforehand and was able to let him know of a few areas where I had concerns. Aaron was friendly and professional and talked through everything he would do while at the property. Once the survey was completed I received a call to explain the main findings and was told if I had any questions then to be sure to get in touch. Excellent service all round.

The survey was very informative, if he could see it he reported on it.
It was much more intense than other surveys if had done through the years.
I got a phone call when it was finished and he went over everything that needed to be looked at.
I then received the full report the next day.

We initially used Aaron earlier in 2025 however that property purchase fell through - when we found a new property to we didn’t hesitate to get back in touch with him again and would use him in any future house purchases without fail.
Aaron is incredibly thorough - his attention to detail is outstanding, I have no doubt that if there is even the tiniest issue with a property, Aaron will identify it. He is always happy to talk through anything and explains things in a way that actually makes sense which was helpful.
