Morgan Sloane Chartered Surveyors Anmeldelser

Very approachable and clear advice on the service to be provided. Flexibility to carry out the service and very quick turn around for the report. Good communication and very proffessional.

We engaged Morgan Sloane to value a property that had been left to us following the passing of my father. During what has been an incredibly difficult time, they made the process of dealing with the necessary estate administration so much easier.

From the moment they were appointed, communication was excellent. I was kept informed throughout and given a convenient time slot for the surveyor, Paul Holford's visit. He arrived promptly, was courteous and professional, and talked me through exactly what he was doing during the valuation, which was completed within just 20–25 minutes.

The report was received within 24 hours, which was incredibly efficient and much appreciated.

I am so grateful for the professional, competent and compassionate service we received. Morgan Sloane are a family business who treat you like a human being, not a number, and that really makes a difference when you're navigating the difficult life admin that comes with losing a loved one.

I would highly recommend Morgan Sloane to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and genuinely caring property valuation service.

The surveyor was very respectful, professional and non-intrusive during the visit. Overall, a really positive experience and I’d definitely use their services again.

Great service. Easy booking with prompt email communication. Inspection was done as agreed ( timely arrival and report issue). Everyone was really nice to work with!

AMAZING SERVICE!
As a nervous buyer of a property, they made feel at ease with the whole process. They were extremely knowledgeable and were always on hand to answer any questions. They were quick to come over to my property to conduct the survey and maintained excellent communication throughout. I would highly recommend. Shay, Maldon.

My valuation was extremely smooth and professional from start to finish! Julie also kindly put me on a waitlist for an earlier appointment and notified me of a cancellation promptly. I couldn’t have asked for a better service and team - thanks so much, Julie and Paul! You both made the experience easy and seamless. Much appreciated and would recommend to others.

The team carried out a valuation on my property for the purpose of paying off a Help to Buy equity loan. Their communication was thorough from start to finish, keeping me informed throughout the process. The valuation report was also delivered very quickly. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future.

Morgan Sloane undertook a couple of level 3 surveys for us. Quick and professional. Noticed some damp after we moved in and spoke to MS who sent a (very knowledgeable) damp expert out who identified the issue and was able to put our minds at ease with advice on how to manage it. Thank you MS.

Excellent service!
