Had WiFi adaptor from the Pi Hut but it was defective, contacted support who shipped another one out the same day . Now all ok.

Amazing customer service and support
Bought an m5stack tab5 which had an issue so I contacted The Pi Hut through their Support Portal, Jayde responded the same day providing me with an RMA returns number with a Royal Mail return label. I returned it to them, Jayde confirmed receipt and sent out a replacement to me which I received the next day and it works great. Great customer service and support! If you've never tried The Pi Hut before, I recommend them.

Used the Pi Hut for four orders now…
Used the Pi Hut for four orders now over a couple of Years. Mainly used them for accessories as I buy Raspberry Pi from Farnell along with electronic components.
Some Rpi branded accessories are less than ideal e.g. Keyboard and Mouse, but items like that are cost reduced and don't always meet personal preferences anyhow.
Most product reviews are incentivised so draw your own conclusions.
Safe to give them a go.

Initially had a problem with the courier; did not receive the order, no fault of the pi hut, rather the courier themselves.
Jayde was the representative who handled my case and immediately re delivered the order with a different courier.
A company that values customer experience goes a long way.

Replacement order shipped immediately
I've ordered from Pi Hut several times previously without any problem, but on this occasion the courier failed to deliver the order. Pi Hut sent a replacement immediately without any fuss, which arrived next day.

Extremely Impressed
I have placed a couple of orders with these over the last 12 months. On both occasions my order was dispatched very quickly. They also package your order extremely well. When I had a minor issue with my latest order they issued a refund without quibbling. Extremely impressed and will definitely be ordering from these again soon.

Appalling service
We ordered an item for my daughter for Christmas. It was sent to my mother in law directly (along with many other gifts) so we only realised it hadnt arrived after the present exchange. It was never delivered but apparently it is my fault for not checking even though the pi hut tracking hasn't been updated and the delivery status from Evri says they will try again. We were offered a replacement but in the 5 mins taken to agree this all the stock was bought.. ..what a coincidence!

We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment. As explained at the time, stock cannot be reserved, and with only 4 units remaining, the item sold out shortly after our discussion.
Our terms and conditions state that any delivery issues must be reported within 14 days. As the issue was raised after this period, we were unable to investigate further with the courier. Despite this, we did offer a replacement as a goodwill gesture, but the item sold out before confirmation was received.
We aim to be transparent and fair and are happy to discuss this further directly.

Outstanding customer service
I placed an order at 1335 on the 18th December (#1480127) and had an email at 1359 saying the order was packed and on its way. Amazing service! The parcel arrived the next day and one of the pins on a board was broken so I emailed customer service and they responded within 30 minutes with a prepaid label for it to be returned. This is a very responsive company with a great ethos and I highly recommend them to all
