We use PiHut several times a year on an irregular basis. Their supply and delivery are usually very good – providing they have stock of the item. Once, when an item ordered was delivered faulty, they replaced the item promptly and courteously.
We would recommend them, but would double check the items delivered.

Competitive prices, prompt delivery, and I can see that there is a working customer service team. My only feedback is the delivery cost. I ordered two items, I appreciate one of them has a battery, it seems like I was charged twice for one order. I recognise that some retailers will not charge extra if you buy a couple of items in the same order.

Always great to deal with, easy communication and prompt dispatch and delivery.

The Pi Hut service provide me, in a very short time,less than 10 days, outside UK, a solution for my Touch Display.

Sent the wrong product, would not replace until they received their incorrect product back, then waited at least one extra day to send the correct product. No expedited delivery. Whole process added an extra week to an already slow delivery time.

I had ordered from the pi hut before and never had problems with them. Recently had two purchases and one item was lost. The experience was frustating and the item was refunded. So that is why I updated my review. I recommend using royal mail when ordering with them.

Awful customer support. They are adamant about not cancelling or changing the address of an order even one minute after it was placed. Their website requires you to fill in shipping details, but then silently ignores them and defaults to the PayPal address without any warning. This design makes it far too easy to send an order to the wrong place and the company refuses to correct obvious mistakes. I will not be ordering from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

I bought a M5 stack stick s3 and it is more than what i expected! It is incredible for the size. It arrived quickly and no problems other than i see the battery life depleting after 2 weeks.

PI Hut supplied a TV HAT and I had an issue getting it to work. With the help of the Support forum diagnosed a faulty HAT .
Was replaced at no cost (not even postage)

After a couple of months Pi500 micro sd slot became faulty, after a couple of emails they emailed me a return lable. Posted to them on Monday and Royal Mail delivered replacemnt on the Friday.

Easy to use website, fast dispatch, cheap prices

Had WiFi adaptor from the Pi Hut but it was defective, contacted support who shipped another one out the same day . Now all ok.

Great products and loads of options. Have ordered a fair amount of items from pihut and the experience was always smooth, only had one issue with Evri but quickly handled by the pihut support team.
