Very slow delivery >3 weeks and goods still not arrived. Goods evidently not in stock which was not stated. Inadequate communication. Poor telphone customer service - overseas call centre couldn't track order progress or provide ETA. Sales dept. ignored emailed request to cancel this £230 order as I had to order elsewhere. I will not order from this company again.

I recently ordered a couple of items from Enrgtech. The package has been delayed a bit, but I’m okay with that as these things can happen sometimes. Communication has been reasonable so far, and the ordering process itself was straightforward. Hoping the items arrive soon and in good condition. Overall, a decent experience up to now.

We recently ordered a Novotech Flow Switch for a HIU unit and it came with great customer service, prompt delivery and was a great product, would recommend.

I placed an order (#121838) on October 1, 2025. The company cancelled it on October 15 due to stock issues and promised a full refund within 14 days. It is now May 2026, and I still haven't received my £404.74.

Customer service keeps giving excuses about "internal system issues" and "technical constraints" for months. They even tried to force a credit note instead of a refund, which is illegal.

I have officially reported ENRGTECH LTD to Action Fraud (UK National Fraud & Cyber Crime Reporting Centre) with reference number RF26050227182C. I am also initiating a chargeback through my bank. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your money.

Total Scam

First thing you'll notice is that they buy 5 star reviews. Go through them, they're all posted at around the same time in blocks from single review accounts with generic bot wording.

They will sell you parts they do not have, and then will never refund you. Genuinely baffled on how they get away with it.

They even have the audacity to come to us for parts when they owe us hundreds of £'s from an unfulfilled order. No doubt to get a realistic price they can quote to their next fraud victim.

Do not give them your money, they will scam you.

Highly recomended, service is 5 out 5 and that is hard to come by. Delivery was a little earlier than expected which is a major plus. You have a customer for life!

I have not had complaints from my customer and I have had good service placing orders.

I was advised correctly regarding potential delays, the order arrived on time

We ordered an "in stock" item 31/03/26, with a 5-7 working day delivery. On 21/04/26 we received a box containing the complete wrong product.

As has been said in other reviews, customer service is non-existent. They're quick enough to take your money, but 4 weeks after ordering an in stock item, we still don't have the product we ordered.

Great price overall, though the delivery took a bit longer than expected. That said, customer service was excellent—they kept me well informed with regular updates on the estimated arrival time, which really helped. Most importantly, the part works perfectly, so I’m satisfied with the purchase.

Cancelled an order the day it was placed, still no refund almost a month later and with me chasing them. Seeing Google reviews, this seems normal for them. Avoid!

Edited to add I see the same boiler plate response has been added to my review as others. Instead of taking my details, why not just action all outstanding refunds immediately?

I have no idea whether this company has any genuine trading component or not, but they certainly have a good line in fictitious web information and scams involving (non)refunds. My story is like many others on this site. Ordered components shown in stock in August 2025, multiple delays in re-ordering, creative reasons why they couldn't do a refund, eventual offer of a credit note which they failed to honour when presented with an order for components "in stock" (to the tune of hundreds in some cases). Eventual ghosting when the excuses ran out.

My advice is have nothing to do with this company and, if you are sucked in, to insist right away on a refund to your credit card. When that fails, as it almost certainly will, begin a dispute with your bank well within the card company's allowable disputation period.

Finally, its unclear whether the (apparently) Philippines based scam team (whom I can't name) have any corporeal form, but be wary.

I'm amused at the standard "reply" to complainants here and feel it may be a product of the same mind that generated the last reason for no refund: "Due to management approval on monetary refunds being tied to internal budget allocation and scheduled fund releases, the quickest way for you to access your funds is through a credit note". The credit note option was, of course, shown to be bogus as well.

Edit: Within a very short time of this review being published I was contacted by Enrgtech telling me they were processing my refund. Eight months after the order placement, and five months after its cancellation, I received the card refund which, despite all the excuses previously given, turned out to be an easy process. I'm glad to get the money back and appreciative of the Trustpilot forum. Save yourself stress and avoid similar problems by buying elsewhere.

I have now been waiting 10 weeks for a refund, after ordering goods that could not been delivered, because they were out of stock.

I’ve repeatedly been emailed with the message "there is a delay due to “issues with the IT system”. Interestingly, the website is still taking orders and staff are answering the phones, so the system clearly works for that — just not for processing refunds.

If this isn’t resolved immediately, I will be reporting the transaction to my bank as fraud.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company, it only costs you a lot of time and frustration!

Wish i had read some of these reviews before i made the mistake of dealing with this company.They are blatant rip off merchants.

Placed an order beginning of December and was told it would be delivered in time for Christmas,17th December came and after calling the office was told the item would be delivered around mid January,i then cancelled and was told a refund would be issued,still awaiting this refund almost 4 months and countless emails later,

Failed to deliver the requested, then failed to refund, I'm not letting this go, if it's not a scam then they have nothing to worry about. This has remained unresolved for 7 months.
