Very disappointed with my experience with ENRGTECH.
I placed an order for an item shown as “in stock,” but after payment I was told it was unavailable. It has now been 4 months, and I still have not received my refund. This has been one of the worst experiences, and based on my situation, I do not recommend purchasing from them.

I have now been waiting 9 weeks for a refund.

I’ve repeatedly been told there is a delay due to “issues with the IT system”. Interestingly, the website is still taking orders and staff are answering the phones, so the system clearly works for that — just not for processing refunds.

If this isn’t resolved immediately, I will be reporting the transaction to my bank as fraud.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Trying to find a part for our forklift and Enrgtech had exactly what was needed.
Price was good and delivered quickly ,all installed and working well .

2nd UPDATE: Refund given to the original card, despite previous messages saying this method failed. This refund came after I found an employee on LinkedIn and sent some messages. My research also showed some reviews left on Facebook were from people who are part of the outsourced function.

UPDATE: EnrgTech have responded to say refund was given 10th Feb 26, this according to emails did not go through and I have since provided bank details after this because they tried to give a credit note instead of the money back. I still await the money.

Order 23222 was placed Jan26 which Enrgtech then cancelled after informing us item was out of stock and telling us a refund has been issued. The refund is apparently being processed but the accounts system has still got issues (as mentioned by another reviewer). The direct lines to accounts aren't functioning and the sales team are unable to transfer any calls, from the switchboard it informs the caller accounts are contactable via email.
Company based in Bradford but all calls are answered by outsourced people in the Philippines. THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE

placed an order and never recieved it. probably have to go to my credit card and finicail ombusmsn or small claims. Best to avoid this company .

UPDATE

To be fare three weeks 6 calls I have recieved r vacume bags . BUT THESE WERE ADVERTISED AS PACK OF TEN should have been 40 bags .

But unlike others I did get something for my money.

Great customer service, website is easy to navigate and fast delivery.

Prompt and good service at a competitive price. This product is good quality, too.

New sealed item arrived on time with email updates throughout, was well packed and worked as expected.

I ordered £328 worth of equipment on Feb 17th. The items were marked as "in stock".

On Feb. 23rd I got an email saying the order was being cancelled as out of stock.
They also informed that they would return the money ON MY ACCOUNT for future purchases.

I immediately requested a refund on my credit card. I did not receive a reply.

I then opened a claim with American Express and I received the money back straight away but my Enrgtech account still shows the credited money.

PLEASE avoid, they're not reliable and customer service is non-existent. Plenty of identical cases on this review site.

Edit 09/03/26: the reply nrgtech sent is standard and can be found on most negative reviews. Also, the short-lived email thread I had with them had already copied the addresses they mentioned (which was changed shortly after I added this update). Don't waste your time.
To ngrtech: there is nothing to look into. My credit card refunded me. It's now a problem between you and them.

Item delivered quickly and in good condition, works as described.

Order number SOQ-4256: ordering was very easy. Their technical team were very helpful in finding product that matches the specifications I sent. Price was cheaper than some other suppliers as well. I will definitely order again if I need something.

AVOID!!! Ordered parts which were in stock and was later told that they were not in stock and a refund would be issued. This is where it got tricky, every time we asked for the refund we would get an email which just looked generic but was very complicated but basically saying they were working on an issue and would pay when they could. We waited 8 weeks and after the same email time and time again we decided to get a chargeback as thankfully we paid on Credit Card. The bank refunded us so all sorted now but looking at reviews it seems they do this very often so I would definitely be avoiding at all costs.

BEWARE - SCAM

This is how they operate:

You place an order.
They send you an order acknowledgement (with no delivery date)
You don't receive your order so you email them every week to ask where it is.
They respond each time and say "It'll be with you by the end of next week".
Months pass and you still haven't received your order.
You cancel your order and request a full refund to your payment card. (Let your credit card company know you haven't received your goods.)
They offer a credit note. (Don't accept this, because why would you ever want to use them again?)
You are legally entitled to a full refund. Look up the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Great experience, everything was straight forward and simple. Very good customer service and the package arrived on time.

Absolutely appalling service – avoid.

I ordered and paid for items that were never delivered. Despite this, the company is refusing to issue a refund and is instead trying to offer a “credit note”.

Why would I place another order after such a disastrous experience?

Customer service has been unhelpful, dismissive and unprofessional throughout. There has been no accountability and no genuine attempt to resolve the issue fairly.

This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this "company".

Ordered cable in November. Chased in December to be told the item was out of stock. Waited until January and then cancelled order. A refund was promised but two months later I am still waiting. Every time I ask for an update I get the same excuse - the accounts system has a problem. How can a company run if its accounts system hasn't worked for two months? Reading the other reviews it is obvious that this company is a scam. I doubt that the ever provide anything and the positive reviews are all false.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
