Great store experience
The shop layout was bright, organised and inviting. Rebecca was really helpful, very knowledgeable about the products and made sure that we got the best deal possible. Thank you for a good in store experience, I will be shopping here again!

Just been in to the Redditch shop as…
Just been in to the Redditch shop as looking for a new perfume as I’m really fussy, I only like sweet and fruity and have struggled to find one . A girl called inaya I think her name is was absolutely fab! So helpful . She recommended all the perfumes that would suit me and spent time with me selecting . Sprayed them on a card and wrote the names on. She recommended I wait for it to settle on my skin of my top 2 for 20 minutes and she was so right and I finally found a fragrance I love !

Fantastic service
Matt was fantastic, he was very patient and helped me find the exact fragrance I wanted, as it needed to compliment a branded body wash. He also helped me find a great deal on the fragrance too. Matt’s customer service was the best I’ve experienced in a long time.
