All three were so lovely and friendly and they helped get the perfumes i wanted. i would definitely come to this shop again just for them as their service was top tier.

Whilst shopping at kingfisher redditch popped into the perfume shop and what lovely staff they have Chelsea was so helpful and polite she even gift wrapped my perfume and aftershave gifts, can't recommend them enough will definitely be shopping here again

What can I say other than what a fantastic store to shop in. Bex and Matt had amazing knowledge of the perfumes and aftershaves and could recommend fragrances on what other aftershaves I had.
I would highly recommend to anyone…

The shop assistant in Redditch was really helpful and efficient - I did not know I could order perfume in store and get it delivered for free and he was very helpful.

Upon entering the shop we were greeted by both staff. (Bex and Sienna). Both offering excellent customer service. Answered all our questions and helped us choose what we needed for our upcoming wedding day. Bex was very knowledgeable and offered heart felt service which needs to be applauded. Bex took the time to explain and go into detail with every fragrance we looked at and pointed us to exactly what we needed. Due to this customer care experience from both these ladies that’s where we will be visiting every time we need to purchase our fragrances. A credit to your company. Thanks again Bex and Sienna.

The staff in redditch were very nice and helpful suggested many nice perfumes to try and the 20% off over £60 was so good! However, the staff have to treck it all the way down to the room where the perfumes are, get them a closer storage room! Matt and Bex were so helpful!!

Im a regular, I often come in when I need a gift. The team are always friendly and help me pick out something nice depending on who I’m buying it for. Today it was Bex and Sienna who were lovely and helpful 😊
