I went into store with my daughter she brought a perfume.
The young man who served her was really good at his job.
I wanted a perfume which wasn’t in stock.
He said he could order it for me he was really helpful.
I had it delivered two days later very happy with the service.
Definitely use this service again.

Visited the Kingfisher Shopping Centre Redditch whilst on holiday and found The Perfume Shop, knew what I wanted but wasn’t 100% sure. The two lovely assistants sprayed two perfumes for me, decided on which one I wanted, Poison by Dior 100ml, at a realistic price, so it was purchased. These two young ladies took an interest in our accents, we live in Hampshire, we ended up having a great conversation with them, they advised us where to visit during our stay. They are a credit to your company and would recommend all shoppers to pop in to The Perfume Shop on a Wednesday afternoon to be welcomed with such warmth. Service, as we received, is very limited these days. Fantastic experience, well done girls.

Becca was an absolute star. Super friendly, knew her stuff, and somehow managed to find a fragrance I actually loved which is no easy task. No pushy sales, just good vibes and great advice.
The whole team were lovely and made the place feel really welcoming. Easily the nicest perfume shopping experience I’ve had in a long time.
Would 100 percent recommend. Wallet slightly lighter, confidence significantly higher 😄 Thanks Becca and the team.

The girls are great in there
The girls are great in there. Sienna and Bex helped me pick a birthday gift for my girlfriend. They wrapped it all up nicely and even gave me some samples of what I bought, so she could try it before opening. Would recommend this store any day of the week!
