Such a wonderful small business
Such a wonderful small business! Second time ordering with them and I’m so happy again! First time I ordered a changing mat, the pattern is so beautiful and I’m still in love with it a year later! Second order has been the cube storage boxes, brilliant quality and beautiful patterns again.

Great shop
Great shop! I’ve ordered lots of matching bits from here and have been pleased with them all. We have a changing mat, cushion for our feeding chair and the wallpaper to match in the nursery.
I’ve had comments off everyone about how great they look. I’ve just ordered a travel mat as well.
Everything is great quality and comes quickly.

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience, your feedback is important to me.
The two items you ordered were pre order items. If you look on your order confirmation you will see next to each item it says ‘pre order’.
At the time of your order being placed, on each of the product pages it gave the details of the pre order in multiple places.
In the details it said that the items were pre order items and were estimated to ship on the 28th November.
My changing mat restock arrived late on the 27th and I managed to get around 90% of all pre orders dispatched as promised on the 28th, this included your order. Based on the pre order details your order dispatched as early as possible/within the time stated. Your order was then delivered on the 30th November.
You emailed me on the 24th November to check the status of your order. I emailed back with 6 minutes explaining the items were pre order items and showed you multiple places on the website where it gave this information. You also said you needed the items before December and they were delivered before December.
I’ve done everything possible to give a positive experience. I sincerely apologise if the items being on pre order was unclear. I’m unsure how this could be made clearer as it was stated in multiple places however I will certainly look at other ways to make this clearer for future pre orders.

Where do I start!… what a fabulous company. I was stuck for time and didn’t order correctly, a quick message to the team at The Little Bumble Co and they had it all sorted within the hour and the package shipped the same day!
They were so kind and personable.

Beautiful products and family run business
I discovered The little Bumble co on google when searching for a new changing mat for my daughter. First off I thought their products are beautiful but after placing an order (which arrived incredibly fast) I can confirm they are even better in person. The quality is amazing and the artworks so lovely! Purchasing another one today ☺️

Amazing fabric boxes for my Ikea unit. Such a pretty rosebud design. Very sturdy and strong and look great 👍. Very fast delivery and packaging was strong. Got here in mint condition. Very happy with my purchase!

Louise is so sweet, what a lovely lady. I ordered a Wild West fitted crib sheet and the material is just beautiful. Very high quality and there designs are so unique and different. I really love this company and I hope to go back and get some more bits for my little boys nursery. 🥰

Beautiful products and excellent…
Beautiful products and excellent customer service. Purchase the sea themed anti roll changing mat to match my nursery. Noticed a small flaw with the product and contacted the company. Louise responded and rectified the issues so quickly and efficiently. I would definitely buy again or recommend the company for gifts for new babies to other mums. So many friends have commented on the mat a beautiful pattern. Thanks again.

Amazing products!
I recently purchased a western girls changing mat and baby grow from this company and I’m obsessed! The pattern is absolutely gorgeous and the quality of both items is amazing. Delivery was fast and the service has been excellent! Couldn’t recommend enough and I will 1000% be purchasing more items :)

My go to for baby & toddler gifts
The Little Bumble is literally my go to for baby & toddler essentials for friends & family who are expecting or have little ones, obsessed with all the different designs you can choose from. I have a Wild West mat myself for when my nephews come to stay, it’s so cute! And you can tell everything is top quality.
A while back I contacted Louise to see if she could customise a design to match something in a friends nursery and she did! Louise has always replied promptly to any queries I’ve had and always been super friendly and helpful. Great service, great products and delivery has always been on time. Love love love this small business!
