I’m taking this course from Italy, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice!
From the very beginning, I realized it’s not one of those easy or quick courses, but a truly complete, intense, and valuable learning path. Every module teaches me something new and practical, and I can really feel myself growing lesson after lesson.

I truly appreciate how well-structured the program is and the high quality of the learning materials. You can feel the care and professionalism behind every detail.

A special thanks to my tutor Meghan — she’s absolutely amazing! Always present, kind, helpful, and crystal clear in her explanations. She guides me step by step, answers every question with great expertise, and constantly motivates me. She’s such a precious support, and I honestly wish everyone could have a tutor like her!

For a novice color consultant this program has been very helpful with the educational development process and had made my own experience and understanding more clear. I feel there is limited guidance on the programs to complete the course. I would also like some online ‘live’ access to be incorporated in the curriculum

I like working at my own pace. The modules are easy to download, read and complete. I found the examples very helpful. I also like having a tutor available to answer questions.

IDI has given me so much insight into the world of interior design. I did not know what I was capable of prior to this course! I have thoroughly enjoyed each module, even as challenging as some have been. I have learned so much and wouldn’t change anything! I have had so much fun reading and studying each module. There is so much good information and it’s thoughtfully and carefully put together so it’s easily understood. My mentor and module grader always responds quickly with questions and feedback. I can’t wait to continue learning and refining my skills!

The flexibility of the course. I am able to study the course end complete my module assignments without pressure. The simplicity of the presentation gives me a better understanding of the modules.

I had already been doing some design work but signed up because "you don't know what you don't know". I've learned so many little tidbits that I have put into practice and such helpful things when presenting and putting proposals together.

Really enjoyed this 12 module course I just wish that autoCad or sketch up was included in the course along with videos to walk through the lessons. But I do recommend it.

Each module is more challenging than the previous one. However, having the knowledge from previous modules, it becomes easier to understand the process and to meet expectations. I’m enjoying the challenge and learning so much about the interior design industry. Looking forward to my next module!

I was not sure how not in-person design courses would work, but The Interior Design Institute modules are fantastic, perfect for completing the work in your time frame and great communication with your instructor!

Great, challenging and detailed self-paced course; instructor provides very useful feedback. My only reason for four stars is the instructor will not reach out to check on your progress. Some modules are very time-consuming and if you have a demanding day job, time is likely to slip away. You will only notice when your account is about to expire! It would be nice to have additional tools like basic CAD software that don't require learning yet another program from scratch. Overall, positive experience.

I was skeptical to learn virtually but i’m glad I took the leap and enrolled in this course! The content is rich and impactful! Some of the assignments are challenging but it makes it that much more worth it in the end. If you're questioning whether or not to take this course this is your sign to enroll!!!
