Couldn't remember my Google password ..they very efficiently sorted it ..Great people ,Many thanks .

Great service as usual with a friendly smile - my problem was quickly resolved - very reassuring for the "untechie" me that you have a presence on the High Street.

From buying a used iphone to the after sales service everything has been top notch. Really nice team of experts - would recommend to anyone.

My mum and I came in on Tuesday with her iPad and the guy who solved our problem was fantastic. I can highly recommend Ilab as the help and support received was outstanding. We will be back to buy a new iPad next year.

I broke the screen on my Motorola. I decided to visit all the mobile phone repair shops in the High Street to see if it could be repaired and how much it would be. ilab was my first and last shop, due to their polite, knowledgeable and professional manner with the added bonus of a new screen costing me only £79. I hope not to use their services again too quickly but if I have to they are now my go to shop for repairs. I can totally recommend them.

I had an issue with my phone keep dialling randomly and putting sleep mode on etc, the gentleman in there was brilliant, knowing exactly what the problem was and sorting it within minutes, very professional approach 👏 thanks so much,would recommend ilab to anyone 👍

I needed advice on an issue with my phone providers app which I had not been able to access. The staff member assisted me with the issue which was resolved even though the service provider was unable to help.
I had thought my phone needed replacing but was told it would be viable for another year. Absolutely top notch advice and service just as it was a couple of years ago.
Thoroughly recommend the Ilab in Barnstaple High Street, North Devon.

What a fantastic service, young lady from EE told me to pop in here to get my port fixed.The gentlemen was polite in the ILab and fixed the problem in minutes I cannot rate them highly enough! Amazing
