I typically do not write a review but I had to this time. I ordered sneaker type shoes and the size I received was not the typical US size so it was a bit larger. I explained the shoes were a little big. They finally responded when I had to search for the correct email. I had to send them pictures of item with bar code and tracking number. First I used the email address to request a Return Label they put on their website but it does not work. Found another email but now they said it will cost me more to send back and I should keep item or donate it. It would take months for them to receive. It’s like they didn’t want to understand since I had to keep explaining why I needed to return them. I wanted to exchange for the next size down. I realized they are from China but it shouldn’t be this complicated. They still do not mention a return label. I’m out over $71. This is truly a scam and I just wanted to make sure any buyer be aware and not order anything from them or do at your own risk.

I purchased sandals that were advertised as “orthopedic, non slip”. They are HORRIBLE totally unwearable and they won’t give me my money back. Do not buy anything from this company, it’s a rip off

False advertising in spades! I foolishly didn’t check the company out before succumbing to the temptation of cotton/linen garments. Each item included either cotton/linen blend or cotton in its name and in the item description details. Not one delivered item was made with a natural fabric. One only had a size tag; no other info. Now I face the return/refund gauntlet. Sigh.

I don’t understand how these scam businesses are allowed to advertise so widely. Ads show beautiful and enticing photos with Nordstrom written over the opening page. Ad descriptions say products are made of cotton or linen, but everything is polyester. No labels with country of origin or about care. Seams are basically folded over and sewn with thread that does not match and seams do not match. Sizes are much smaller than it is supposed to be. Cheap throwaway quality. STEER CLEAR — save your hard-earned money! I’d give a zero, but the lowest rating option is a one.

This company advertises under CK which is directly out of China. They will take your money, send inferior product and will not allow you a return. You will make many attempts to have a shipping label sent which is never initiated. They will offer you a 30 percent coupon for a future purchase or even offer to give you 15 percent of money spent but will not take back the terrible produce they sent you. Please under no circumstances do business with this company if you wish to receive products as advertise.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. Ordered what I thought was a pair of Taos brand sandals - and though discounted they were NOT cheap!! The ad shows the Taos logo on the shoes in the ad, and claims they are real leather. HAH! Neither was true. What arrived a month after ordering was cheap "plether", poorly crafted, on a crappy sole. They offered me a 15% refund (that's less than I paid for shipping.) And when I complained they stopped replying. This site is 100% SCAM and should be taken out!

I would give this company .5 of a star of possible. The outfit I ordered was awful. The fabric felt weird and the top and bottom were from different dye lots. Customer service sucks and will only offer 15% refund. The really big issue is they are using Nordstrom to click bait their horrible company. The image comes up as Nordstrom and then you are redirected to CottonXL. I thought I was shopping at Nordstrom and they were featuring a designer. I hope they are sued and I'm out around 100.00

The items I received are nothing like the items on the ad. The pink shirt I received was %95 n spandex instead of %100 cotton and linen. The black shirt did not have batwing sleeves as advertised. They want me to send $20 more for shipping to get my money back. Not happy at all n will never buy from them again! So disappointed!

The clothes are NOT as advertised. I bought 4 items that were described as cotton and/or linen but each item was nearly 100% polyester and made of low quality materials and terrible construction. There’s an email given on the website to begin the very complicated and lengthy return but it doesn’t exist. If returns were possible you have to pay for shipping - to China? - and a restocking fee.

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. The poor reviews are certainly warranted. This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They sell cheaply made undersized Chinese trash. The lie about the regular price so as to make their discounted price sound like a bargain, when that cost is still overpriced. Don’t be fooled by the “Last day of the 70% discount”. That discount is permanent and they couldn’t sell their trash at a higher price. They don’t honor their posted return policy. Totally disreputable company and should be put out of business. You can get better merchandise from Amazon, at lower prices and they honor their return policy. Hopefully my letter to the Department of Consumer Affairs and Better Business Bureau will help to put them out of business permanently. They owners need to be put in jail. Can’t stress it enough. KEEP AWAY FROM THEM!!

Not to be a classic scathing reviewer, but if I could give 0 stars I would. This company is clearly a scam and has no intention of garnering true customers, rather just getting as much money as they can and making the process as difficult as possible. I’ve been trying to talk to customer service for 5 days now, about 6 emails back and forth and after consistently saying “I want to return” they keep trying to get me to keep the items in exchange for a discount code. The amount of unprofessional behavior is ridiculous and unmatched to any company I’ve ever come across. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Cottonxl is refusing my return as they say "due to the high cost of shipping, we do not accept returns unless
it's a quality issue." If the items do not fit you or you do not like the quality (which is not good linen) they are refusing to accept the items back. They'll offer you a 20% discount if you want to order another size. They are not a reputable company and their products are not what they claim them to be.

What a joke of a company. I ordered 2 dresses and in the description it says they are made from 100% cotton, when they came one was made of nylon and the other polyester. The colors didn’t match the pictures. And now they won’t give me a full refund.

my order was JUNK and their return policy is non existent! I could have kept it with them refunding me 10,20,30,40% of what I paid which was almost $100. I declined each offer and turned to PAY PAL to intervene, and they found in favor of this CRAP COMPANY !! So, I now have this item and I am out $100 ! DO NOT ORDER FROM COTTONXL !!! Their ad starts making you believe it is Nordstrum merchandise, BEWARE !!!!!

I purchased a pair of men's shoes. Very poor quality. Immediately the lacings broke when I first tried to tichten the shoes.

As others have stated, I ordered linen pants sets from what I thought was Nordstrom that look more like scrubs than elegant travel clothes. The button holes are too small for the buttons and the material is cheap. It took a long time to arrive and there is no return label. Their site says to send a request to their support address for a return label but my email was returned as undeliverable. I sent an email to their service address but have received no answer. So far my conclusion is that I just lost $180.

Long shipping time, poor quality and poor customer service. I’ve been trying to return my items for a week and they will not reply! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

For the cost-I expected something much better quality,
Sandals were crammed into a bag, arrived bent and deformed. Very poor quality materials. Thin soft plastic straps and very hard base
Clothing made of cheap material as well. Says linen--- cant be.
The 'linen' 2 piece looked so comfortable on line-it doesn't fit the pic.
VERY bad sewing - and didn't use same color thread as item.
Waiting to see how quickly the refund happens.

I ordered a linen dress ($55.98) from this company. The dress didn't fit and I wanted to return it for a refund. The site they gave was shut down but I was able to contact customer service via email. The company required photos of the item and packaging which I provided. They then said I would have to pay for shipping (they est. $20) and said it would take a month. They suggested I donate the item and in exchange they would give me a coupon for 15% off my next purchase. I told them I did not want their coupon, will never purchase from them again, and would rather pay the shipping cost than give them my money.
