Called at theilab store this morning to see if they could repair the speaker on my rather old iphone, they cleaned it out in a couple of minutes, so it is now working fine. Such a helpful man, I was worried it was going to cost me a lot of money but he done free of charge. Will recommend them to any one that has a problems.

Just thought I’d pop in and look at the phones wasn’t really considering buying one, but when I saw what a good deal was to be had I bought an iPhone 12. I was surprised when they told me they would get the information from my old phone onto the new phone for nothing because I went to another outlet in town and they had charged me £15 to do that. Also, I I Couldn’t remember a certain password (I’m 72 my brain isn’t what it was !)
Anyway they charged me £29.99 to recover my password. Now I don’t know whether llab would have charged me that but I don’t think so. Anyway, I was with this shop years ago and I’m very glad to be back to it. The grass isn’t always greener.

Amazing team in Barnstaple, they gave fantastic advice regarding choosing a refurbished phone for my daughter. Offered all the options not just the most expensive, explained about the differences, very experienced and knowledgeable. Very patient and understanding, very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble and even set everything up on the new phone too without charge. Awesome thank you!

The iLab team are great. I have bought several phones from them and had multiple screens replaced over the years. They are always helpful, knowledgable and their work is high quality.
I won’t go anywhere else for a repair or secondhand phone!
