I ordered an academy package on 6 september, and have received no products to date. I have been told numerous things ranging from "add more to your order to save more", "your order is reserved, we're waiting to be restocked" and "good news, stock has arrived, we're working through the backlog of orders". All rather deceitful - £130 spent and nothing to show for it.

Ordered the Academy pack and was not disappointed. Order placed 9/9 and arrived 18th. Sizing and quality of the padded top,trousers and shorts are perfect. We were straight in the garden testing them out. We soaked the gloves (as all gloves should be) following printed information on the bag. Lots of grip to inspire confidence. Would highly recommend

UPDATE TO THE REPLY RECEIVED!
Absolute lies, lies, lies. This was not a new preorder product and there’s no notice whatsoever on your page. After you place the order which clearly states 2-3 days delivery, you send an email with thank you for the preorder… that is to cover yourself for the lies but nothing on your page.. I have screenshots and no preorder mentioned at all. Don’t fall for their lies don’t bother. You pay high price for somethings that’s gonna be made on the both from china to U.K most probably. Again, order placed on the 5th of September and today is 24th of September and the order hasn’t been dispatched yet!!! JOKE

UPDATE.. 24th and nothing received. Even now when you place an order it shows 2-3 days delivery that you pay £5 for. Customer service horrible as they reply after 5 days with absolutely no information. All day say it’s that they will dispatch soon . My order is received and they will revive new stock this week . What? 19 days later I receive this email? JOKE.

This review is for the slow delivery while they state it will be delivered in 3 days. I placed the order on the 5th of September, it’s the 17 today and still haven’t received anything or a confirmation of shipment. Plus you do pay a lot for something that’s so slow to get .. not worth it

Ordered the bundle for my son nearly three weeks ago I requested a exchange the day after as too small .im still waiting for the return to be accepted ( you only get 30 days) ive used the correct links and submitted a return request and have now emailed, messaged on social media platforms and comments on ads but nothing.wish I had known before I ordered how terrible the after sales service is I would never have bought!
Unless you are very sure on sizing I would not buy.

Poor service!!! I returned 3 items from the academy pack due to them being too small. Was offered an exchange for a bigger size. Which I was happy to do. However, no one contacted me to say the items had been returned successfully. I chased this up after 2 weeks of no communication. The company eventually got back to me and comfirmed they had received them. I confirmed what sizes I wanted and I'm still waiting a month later for the items to be sent. I've tried contacting them but no one replies.

Ordered 2 academy packs for both my sons.
Protective skins seemed decent but elbow padding closer to wrist than elbow.
Gloves were the quality of ones ive bought for 8.99 on amazon. Customer service =0. Dont offer refund only store credit so im out of pocket by £250

I wish I looked at the reviews before I bought from this company.
I ordered the Academy bundle. All arrived promptly and in tact.
However the clothing was too small so I requested a return/exchange (NOT A REFUND!) all I want is a bigger size.
I have emailed, messaged, took to their social media sites and ive heard NOTHING AT ALL BACK!!
When you spend £125 on items from a big company you expect at least half decent customer service!
Horrendous, wouldn't buy from them again. Oh and im still chasing a refund or exchange..... still yet to hear anything.

The service is extremely poor. We are still waiting for items to be delivered and I can’t get any response from the team. All they state is the matter is closed despite not answering any of my questions.

Avoid buying from here can’t get hold of customer service!!!! no refunds only credit notes,you have to post things back yourself and pay for postage and still no credit note after posted a months ago do not buy!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shocking customer service, and when you try to sort out a problem they just outright ignore you. They sent me an incorrect item which they haven't replaced, misadvised me on sizing and refuse to give me a refund. I've tried chasing them with emails but they don't bother to reply. Be really careful, as their website tells you that you can get a "full refund" but they actually only offer store credit. It all looks brilliant on paper, but don't be fooled and shop elsewhere.

I ordered bundle for my son rocco £120 gloves,padded shorts,padded leggings,padded underlay and glove bag excellent value for money the gloves are the best he has used I'd recommend these products to anyone you won't be disappointed

My son loves the gloves. Since we bought him his 1st pair he doesn't want any other gloves 😊 delivery was quick. Highly recommended if you want good quality goalie gloves😊

I’ve been ordering goalkeeper gloves online for years, and the I have to say these gloves are right up there. The quality of the gloves is top-notch – excellent grip, durability, and comfort straight out of the package.

The sizing guide was spot-on, and the ordering process was super smooth. My gloves arrived on time and were packaged well. Customer service was also very responsive when I had a question about latex care.

Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be coming back for more for myself & our goalkeepers. They have also provided us with great discounts on future orders.

Ordered the academy bundle, gloves, padded shorts, padded pants, padded top and a baseball hat, £120 for the lot so I was a little cynical about the quality but I needn't of been, the clothes are a really high quality and a perfect fit. My 13 year old son wears them for every game and training session now because they make such a difference, especially the padded gear now that the pitches are hard, he says that the pads on the shoulders and elbows of the top protect him so much. We highly recommend the bundle 👌

Had an issue with a pair of gloves ripping but the fast response and a substitute pair was sent in rapid time. Thanks for sorting my issue out

Highly Durable

My son plays 7 days a week at academy level, he really puts all his gear through its paces. The hundred glove clothing not only provides great protection but also lasts really well, having been used and washed at least 50 times and not showing any sign of wear.

I highly recommend the padding for young goalies to help reduce the impact particularly in training sessions.

Lies and more lies. Items delivered 4 days late. Started a charge back as no reply to emails. That got their attention, they then challenged it but I received the items checked them and found faults so returned them the following day. They are claiming they didn't receive them despite me providing photos and tracking from the delivery company. Looks like I'm off to the small claims court next and trading standards

If I could give less I would. Ordered the bundle for my son's birthday only for it to be returned by the postal company for missing documentation. When I emailed looking to find out what was happening I was fobbed off, then after more emails and messages I got another email to say that customs tried contacting me which they didn't then to be told that they could resend the item but I'd have to pay for delivery again. I never even received the item in the first place, they just keep ignoring me so Ive asked for a refund and they haven't said anything to me. This was a birthday for my son that was ordered and paid for in plenty of time and now I've nothing. Customer service is shocking as they don't get back to you. If I pay for something I expect to receive it. I won't stop until I get my full refund. Just to add they have now blocked me from Facebook because I was commenting on wanting a refund so they deleted my first comment, I put up another comment and they deleted that one too and then blocked me. An absolute joke of a company, stay well clear, customer service is atrociousve never seen a company so bad with customer service.
