I recently ordered the academy pack bundle for myself to use for match days and training. I can honestly say that I’m am very happy with the quality of all the products I received the padded under top, shorts and trousers fit perfectly and are very comfortable and the gloves and shin pads are really good too. Couldn’t recommend them enough for any keeper out there wanting to try them, amazing customer support and service too

The order was so quick to come. The gloves are so comfy and have perfect grip with the football, will definitely be ordering from here again.

We’ve purchased twice now, and will 100% continue to return. The reason we came back a second time is because my son couldn’t find another glove he loved as much as the Pink/Black Spectra’s that were his first proper pair of gloves.

We tried multiple different brands as he is only in his 3rd season as a goalie (just started u10’s in September 2025) and I wanted to make sure he was comfortable and confident with the gloves he was wearing.

We made full use of the Academy Pack bundle and he’s chuffed with the quality of all the bits and pieces. The padded long sleeve top and bottoms have given him added confidence during his training sessions and matches.

From placing the order to receiving the delivery only took 2-3 days and I received updates at every stage. Cannot fault the products in the slightest. Very happy customers here.

Shocking returns policy
Ordered the academy kit for my son
Turned up quick but the gloves and trousers were to small
We have payed the fee to send them bank to exchange for a new size
We have had no response from them regarding the replacement
It has now been 36 days since we sent the return

SHOCKING SERVICE

After numerous attempts of contact with this company over the last few weeks I am still yet to actually receive the order I paid over £120 for.
I have contacted on all social media profiles to be asked for an order number then not responsed to, until im told to email which I already did over a week ago and still no response! Then today I received an email asking how my order is as "it should have arrived by now!"

Also im aware hundred GK are telling customers it was a preorder sale....
Not anywhere is this stated until you receive the confirmation emails and even then the emails state delivery will be in 7-10 days..

I have been more than happy to wait for this product but the complete lack of communication is diabolical and im starting to wonder if this is ever going to arrive!

After an issue with my order which was a bit disappointing due to a communication, their customer services team were extremely apologetic and pushed my order to high priority and also offered another free gift to apologise. Thank you for the response and kind gestures to ensure my lad has a great birthday present.

Hundred glove gear is milk money for a champagne product, it does exactly what you want it to do. Gloves a grippy and comfortable, base layers a snugg and light but give great protection 10/10 as far as we are concerned that's why we return to them every time, we'll done guys keep up the good work 👍

Ordered my son gloves great product, 2 rips appeared after 2 uses. Reported on Friday received great detailed response on Sunday. Manufacturing issue. Replacement sent out. Cannot complain as response and resolution was rapid and very informative. Unfortunately Manufacturing issues happen, very refreshing to see them take ownership of this and beloved in the correct manner. My son is extremely happy with the gloves and are a fantastic sticky glove.

Ordered my sons some gloves but they didn’t fit so sent them back and still no refund been trying to get hold of someone for months but no one ever responds

Ordered gloves for my husband, recieved no tracking or information. Paid for the express delivery and still nothing days later. Emailed, Facebook messages etc. Still no response and before I get a reply to my review I have screenshots saying thank you for you purchase - no mention of preorder which seems to be the excuse of choice. Looking at the reviews it not looking likely ill recieve my product within the next few week either - if by some miracle customer service sees this just issue my refund, I have not got the time to get into a battle about it, ill just have my money back thanks.

Don’t bother ordering!!! I ordered the bundle costing around £125 and even paid for next day delivery!!! I’m nearly on my 4th week since I ordered and now I’m getting no replies via TikTok or email… these guys for customer service and providing a product are a disgrace. I can’t believe I still haven't received any gloves!!! The delivery time is absolutely shocking! I’m making it my mission now to leave comments and reviews so people don’t order so they don’t have to go through what I have… i’ve asked for refunds multiple times and to not even get my money back is against consumer law! Also be careful if you order and get the “back order” excuse… it’s funny how the stock on the site isn’t out of stock or states back order yet when it doesn’t turn up that’s what they say… Joke of a company!

ordered the four glove bundle costing around £150 even paid for next day delivery!!! 3 weeks later and not only do they not reply to emails despite sending numerous but i still haven't received any gloves!!! don't get me wrong i absolutely love the gloves but the customer service is shocking! the delivery time is absolutely shocking! the excuses they give as to why they haven't been delievered are shocking! this isnt the first time i have had to wait ages and ages think last time was almost a month and half!!!!!!!! great glov es but bad at everything else

Ordered 2 pairs of gloves, one pair has small tears in the palm materials. Emailed with no response after asking for photos of the damage. Customer service is shocking

Reached out to customer services nearly 3 weeks ago about a faulty glove and had no reply, sent facebook message and no reply. All the website says is to get in touch with the customer service team but only way to do that is via the general enquiries form that I am still waiting for a reply from! Daughter had been buzzing for her bundle for her birthday and gloves came apart at the seam after one game!
